Not sure what was so confusing

A is the set of my friends
90% of elements in A are of unique ethnic origin.
So, if we take two random elements from A - {a1, a2}
the probability of a1 and a2 being of the same ethnicity is very low.

Gross exaggeration but seriously, I have a friend from pretty much every corner of the world.
