This is the amalgamation of 3 hours of pure shading practice. I tried channeling Cell Saga facial structure (longer, more narrow jaw line) but added the Yamamuro (or I guess Takahashi perfected it) shading technique from the Buu Saga with the added layer of darker shading for the cheekbones (this was primarily used on SSJ3 but it works well with any character model). The body position still needs work and I had to use a reference for certain muscles, but other than that it's all original. Quite honestly I'd say this is my best work so far.

Thank you. I'm all about the grind. I'm still not satisfied and I won't be for a very long time, but I'm glad people seem to be taking notice of my work.

You just gotta practice discipline. Fuck motivation. That shit comes and goes. Consistently giving it your all has no negative consequences, and you're building a habit of excellence by doing so. Not to preach or anything, but I used to struggle with working hard a lot more than most people. So now that I've overcome that I feel like I have superpowers. I dunno.

Unfortunately I keep putting effort in things that don't really matter in the long run. I been busting my ass at work to get faster, to work harder and more efficiently, but I'm still only making ten an hour in a dead end job.
