His teeth look remarkably similar.
Hitler's dental records still exist and may be able to confirm this claim.

This colorized photo of Hitler has his eyes too gray, they were more blue in the 40s.
The old man's eyes seem a greenish grey, but upon closer examination, the inner iris is yellowed, cropping out over the surface of a blue outer iris. This happens to some individuals with blue eyes as they age. Sometimes early in life, sometimes later.

This man could be Hitler.
