Do you need periphals? If not you might be able to build something capable of running everything at high. If you do then then you're gonna need a bit more than $800-1000.

Preferences and all.I wouldn't change the processor unless you're thinking of going AMD or somethingyou'll have to buy a cooler too if you want an i5 6600k and an i7 build is probably not possible without spending another 100that i5 is as good as it gets without sacrificing anything else
