I think you're both right for different reasons. Socially, I think bisexuals have it pretty rough for the reasons Meta cited. Legally, I think trans people have it the worst.

Lesbians because men cannot face oppression.

Bisexuals do face *gulp* oppression, but transgender people seem to get the worst of it.

I've always found it ironic that people find ways to discriminate against others, even when they're sharing the same boat.

Bisexuals? Oppressed? That's almost laughable.
Go to any pride festival and they always have huge bisexual sections. I caught a glimpse of the last Pride in San Diego and they were the ones rocking out the hardest.

I would probably say that Trans folk have it the worst and it can be backed up with some pretty depressing and damning statistics.

In terms of people being assholes, I'm sure Bisexuals get a lot of shit for the reasons you detailed but I wouldn't quite class that in the same category as what a lot of trans people have to put up with.

I've gotta say Transgenders get the worst of it all.
Some are treated like they aren't even human, its ridiculous.

I've found that that's only an issue if you're hanging out with the typical, white, middle-aged, upper-middle-class, drinking-a-mojito, media-face-of-the-LGBT-movement kind of gays.

But, that's just in my limited personal experience.
