Or he's just tired of interacting/the citizens? And yes make another thread I'd like that.Just tired leading the country. Its a really tough job and he was doing it for almost 20 years. He needs a break or even better - retire. Or decentralize the control over country, Russia is very big.

Its all delegated and there are people responsible for districts and areas. The issue is that they take the budget money and - well MarKhan, you know how it is. But that is what happens when you hire your school friends and people with zero credibility.Yeah, good people who have skills and wish to work for their country are dying breed right now and it`s not a fault of president itself but people in the country. At this point people must be more active and try to actually intercept and/or stop budget stealing, but there are two problems. First is organizing those people for such things, second is in case of success preventing budget stealing from happening again.

I mainly meant that in reference to China going to war with the US, anyway; and out of curiousity, why would China not be willing to risk intervention in the face of millions of refugees entering the country due to a conflict instigated by the US? Not to say China would immediately retaliate, but I'd say intervening in the conflict would make sense from the Chinese perspective.
