This being Alexendre Bissonnette, a 27 year old white Quebecan man who grew up in Cap-Rouge. He called the emergency services himself and confessed to shooting up the mosque. He's a social science student at a university in the province and is said to be a loner without any friends by some of his fellow students. He's apparently known by the local refugee welcome committee (and not in a good way) and is considered a troll on Facebook with a disdain for women's rights and far right ideals. The other guy they arrested is now considered a witness.
