America takes so much pride in their military, yet it baffles me we still don't do this!

I take pride in knowing our military is professional than an army that is full of untrained conscripts like what 3rd world Russia has.

If the country is in war, yes (And I mean like, a big war like WW2)

Otherwise, no. Though I feel giving people proper education in the use and operation of firearms is a good thing.
