My friend was a supposed "victim" of this scenario in particular. Does a 22 year sentence sound justifiable towards a teacher fornicating with 17 year old students?

It reminds me of those guys that wouldn't admit 17-year-old Miley Cyrus was hot but when she turned 18 she suddenly matured into a woman.

At a certain point men become men biologically. It can be at 14 or 22. Same goes for women.
