Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty
and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
"Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.."
I suppose we all thought that one way or another.

Just because they're not all active terrorists doesn't mean a large amount don't support terrorism and completely backwards and wrong way of life.
if you were talking about the innocent civilians in islamic countries I'd agree

we have watchlists, it's just that the FBI and similar institutions in other counties have no balls when it comes to doing something because "not enough evidence"
