I wouldn't say permabanned, but I'd say 1 month for a first offense, and 3 months after that.

Whatever happened to Yu being a mod?
Luciana (seriously)
Yeah, cracking down on serious offenders has always been a problem with us - BasedLove and Dustin as a couple old examples. I do agree with the idea of getting a new mod, but the problem with adding new features for us that you guys are suggesting is that we don't have someone to do the scripts and coding for it to happen - Cheat and Isara are both busy. I'll try and bring it to their attention over the holidays, when they might have a bit more time.
FYI, it was decided that Deci will get a month ban for the spoilers and we are currently discussing the mod topic in staff chat. I'll let you know if we're going to end up having another application process or just straight up pick someone.

Maybe take it down a notch before more people start getting funny ideas.

I don't think appointing a new mod is going to change that very much.It beats doing nothing. We also shouldn't make a rash decision based on one incident. This is also a problem of how we deal with reoccurring offenders.

Incidents like this are still going to happen even with another mod.

How does one fill the gap between mods so offenders can be banned?Spoileranother mod who is online to fill that gap

But please, suggest something else. Because mods are the ones who ban people, and that's the problem: nobody was online to ban offenders.

There are still going to be many periods where the mods are inactive.
