The Flood isn't technically like the old flood forum. It's more laid back. Visit the gaming and serious boards for more specific topics. They have really cool stuff, and some users don't even leave those boards (for the most part). Posting only in the flood can be intimidating at first since this site has a close community.

Don't let the occasional jerk ruin the site for you. People think it's funny to mock this place and try to test our tempter. Sometimes things get out of hand but it always bounces back even better. Most of the idiots who mock this place actually post every now and then, which is funny. All mod issues will be and have been resolved with reason.

Enjoy your stay.
