because management likes to be understaffed and make the trainers work 30+ hours a week. i made my availability off on friday, saturday, and sunday, so they bend me over and fuck me raw with a 13-15 hour shift in a 4-day span at least once a week

At this point I feel your personal philosophy on life is hindering you from even considering my points or trying to understand where I'm coming from, but hear me out. You preach that sobriety is the only way, and that's perfectly fine. You have the discretion of deciding what you want to consume and what you don't, but demonizing and berating other people who are able to make their own informed decision to use cannabis and simultaneously manage a productive lifestyle is unreasonable and, frankly, childish. What I get from your viewpoint on this subject is that you obviously don't like it, so everyone else who does is retarded. Do you know how many ways I could apply that logic and make it seem utterly ridiculous? It's not based off of facts or experience, but rather how you view life and how you think everyone else should view life, too. What makes your beliefs any more worthy of consideration than mine or anyone else's? So, there's that.
