Looks like DC decided to shake things up a little here Superman  It looks like they chose to radically fuck Supe's shit up A t-shirt and jeans How underwhelming However they did say they were trying to humanize him more They have taken away his flight (though he can still jump far), most of his super hearing, laser vision, ect He can also now feel cold, need to sleep, taste, ect Basically making him human A really interesting take on Superman which will completely be shit or bring a new perspective to his character Oh and no more Clark Kent He revealed his identity to the world lol But that buzzcut is fucking terrible :[ Batman I'm actually really digging this new Batman How it came to be *MAJOR SPOILERS* After the Endgame event, Batman is presumed dead and the GCPD decides to fund a Batman program except they make a lawful Batman to show the citizens that the system can work Jim Gordon is chosen to be the new Batman I like it but why did they shave his mustache   I like the suit It really makes him a more powerful player in the DC universe Plus he has a backup team in talking to him the whole time which is cool Can't wait to see this shit in Justice League story arcs His journey into accepting his new role and learning to be Batman has been really interesting to read Also they're focusing more on the Batman team now, giving more attention to characters like Harvey, Julia, and Montoya It makes for a fuller Gotham seeing deeper into the GCPD and Jim's interaction with them  Wonder Woman  So this change isn't really anymore than a costume change She asks Hephaestus for a new costume to mark her growth into a god, warrior, and hero I really like this one actually Probably my favorite after Batman It takes on a more armored look and makes her look so much more badass It actually makes her look like an Amazonian warrior instead of a girl playing dress up Aquaman  Now I'm not really digging this costume It looks like they just replaced his shirt and left his pants And also that belt really highlights his dick But I like his more rugged face and hair It really shows the shit he's gone through But what really excites me is his new powers After visiting Poseidon, he receives the gift of mastering weather, ice, and teleportation (as long as there is water near) Also his trident is way more badass now It can change into a sword, knife, and a couple other weapons I think I've read the issues since he had these powers and trust me He's bordering on overpowered now Flash  They didn't change that much with the Flash and he looks pretty alright But I hate the yellowed out eyes Makes him look almost villainous Green Lantern  Hal is now a hobo I don't really like this one It looks slick in sometimes but it doesn't look Green Lantern It looks like they tried for a whole rebel look but it doesn't work that well  Maybe the hood is some callback to when Hal was the Spectre Other Characters  Cyborg now looks like a full robot I honestly liked the bulkier armor better but this works pretty nicely  Red Hood and Arsenal looking on point  Jesus Christ what did they do to you Lex  Reverse Flash looking BADASS  LMAO nice mullet Ollie These effects have actually taken place since June but I haven't been reading comics lately and I've just recently gotten to here Just thought I'd catch you guys up on the DC universe What do you think?
