If you're asking what does this have to do with race, there has never been a white kid, of the two dozen or so kids arrested, for this.
While these children are awaiting a decision, they are put in a secondary school, which is usually where kids with behavioral problems go.
And this is more than one cop. It's the whole department that handles the school's doing this.
You'll have to look at the ethic makeup of the school Seeing how 82% of the students are on financial aid there, we can assume that this school is in a poverty zone And seeing how blacks and hispanics have the highest poverty rates in America, it's likely that many of the students are black or hispanic So is it clearly racism that blacks and hispanics were the victims of this? Honestly your argument is "there were no whites there so it must be racist"

1) Cop could be a legitimate asshole
2) Kids could have a tendency of lying there
3) Cop could try to be setting an example
4) This might be a problem at that school
You can't look at every case of a cop being an asshole to a minority as racism
This goes far beyond the cop being an "asshole". He forcibly removed a child from his school environment, brought him to a police station, questioned him for an hour, and then when it was proved the kid did NOTHING wrong, didn't even apologize.
"Yeah man he's kinda a dick" is a vast understatement.
I'm not defending the cop but being really bad at your job doesn't prove racism Point still stands that unless you can clearly show racist intent, you can't attribute everything to race
