T4R. I want to talk but don't see any quality discussions going on in here. I long for the days when I could have a meaningful conversation on The Flood back on Bungie.net. This forum never lived up to those days. What's going on here that's worth knowing about? Is there another forum with meaningful discussion that you'd recommend?
Linus Tech Tips forums? Idk

The only crisis is if Trump won't leave office in January
Technically all these challenges are legal and Trump is still the president It's kinda pathetic but let's not blow things out of proportion
Demanding that state electors literally ignore the results of the election is not legal. Calling Trump a traitor isn't overblowing anything.
Trump says a lot of shit but hey we won't have to deal with that anymore Only one thing left for him left to do so we'll see if we get a civil war in January Get your ARs ready brothers

When I was playing RE2 and looking at all the malformities of flesh Umbrella created, I knew for sure Roman would enter an Umbrella experiment to inject G virus into his foreskin in an attempt to grow it back if he had the chance

I don't see why their marriage would fall apart just because he's no longer president. Then again his last two marriages were rocky at best so this one could go whatever way. I just hope it's after Barron is done with high school and out of the home so it doesn't do any damage to what little mental stability he might have after these last four years.
Yeah here's hoping Barron ends up okay
I'm actually surprised at how well they kept him out of the spotlight and any media attention the last four years Hopefully the kid grows up alright

lol I'm not the one who let an election control my life to the point of depression #MyPresident
not sure who you're referring to here, but generally speaking, it seems pretty stupid to brag about being so emotionally stunted that universally important shit doesn't matter to you
I didn't say it doesn't matter to me

I just want Trump to find he lost while on Fox News and have a heart attack right there on air. I want him to cry, and turn purple, and shit himself and fall over dead.
Not gonna happen but I can dream for at least another day.

New wuestion, what is the worst change in your life in the last four years and what how do you expect it to get better/worse depending on who wins
Well I almost joined the National Guard but now I'm banned from joining.
How do you think your life changed because you missed the opportunity?
Well I most likely would've been deployed out to help fight the wildfires and to suppress the protests, so...
I mean do you feel like you missed any opportunities for personal growth or achievement? Or maybe you found new ones?
I became quite disillusioned after the ban officially went into effect (and on my birthday too) and my recruiter ghosted me even though I scored high on my ASVAB. I was looking for stability and structure in my life and thought that going reserves and staying local with the NG would give me that. Tried to join the Conservation Corps after the ban but I was a year too old to join. Then I lost both of my jobs to covid. Now I'm at a point where I no longer see a future with any semblance of stability.
Damn I'm sorry that happened to you. Pandemic won't last forever though. Have you given thought to plans for after? Is reenlisting an option?
Right now the plan is to save up to move to a more civilized country after I'm done with some stuff.
Where are you going and what are going to do there?
I'm not ready to reveal my cards yet but there are a few places I'm considering, for a few I'll have to learn a new language but I'm not opposed to the idea. I'm currently majoring in cybersecurity and may pursue something in that avenue but I'm leaving my options open for the time being. If there's one thing I am, it's adaptable. But I'm tired of playing the stockholm syndrome game with this country.
If it gives you peace of mind, more power to you I hope it treats you better than the National Guard did

and speaking as someone who voted third party in the last election and would vote third party again, voting third party in THIS election, just because "two party system bad," is also kind of cringe
there's a bigger problem on our hands right now and it must be expunged immediately
Agreed wholeheartedly. There's so much wrong with the two part system but it's more important getting the literal James Bond villain out of office right now.
I understand if you want Trump out because you don't like his policy or persona, but the way you guys are talking, it makes it seem like gay people are being put in concentration camps and women are being forced into hijabs. The press is still free, the executive and legislature have not been changed to grant him more power, and many democratic institutions within the government like Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood still exist You are well within your right to vote for Biden because you hate Trump's court picks, his handling of corona, and even the way he speaks but these are things all presidents do. I just don't see what makes Trump uniquely evil out of the 45 presidents we have had in this country
