In terms of when you're trying to argue that something is immoral, or shouldn't be done, based on its lack of constitutionality.
the implication being, the constitution is an infallible document written by god himself, which just isn't true at all
there's a lot of great stuff, but it isn't gospel truth and shouldn't be treated or looked upon as such
I don't think anybody sees the Constitution as a moral arbiter, just a legislative one You don't hear people saying murder is bad because the Constitution said so And as for laws, the Constitution is vague but should be followed to the best of our abilities

it's actually the most positive thing i've ever posted about japanese cartoons, and i've reposted it in several places
if this website was my only audience then i wouldn't put any effort into any of my longer threads
Why do you care so much You have so much time and effort spent on something that you supposedly hate Not only are you subjecting yourself to an unenjoyable experience, you’re also making sure everybody else knows about it too Like I hate alcohol But I’m not going to start hanging out with drunks and become an expert on it just to express my hatred in great detail to everyone This level of commitment is just bizarre and it might be time to stop
