Ah, so you never played the beta, and yes the shit ala Battlefield is recurring

>Regenerate Health
>Infinite ammo (Basically instead of finding ammo, it has a cooldown system, no ammo)
>No classes
>Orbital Strike is a power up
>Power ups taken straight from COD
>Wanna ride Vehicles? LOL too bad, your gonna find a power up for vehicles, better then finding a vehicle to ride right?
>BUY WEAPONS
>Heroes are shit (BF2 had better Heroes)
>Wanna Ride a AT-AT? Sure, but the game is going to do it for you, and addition to that we're going to give you 1 minute to ride it.
>Vehicles are shit to ride
>Cards remind me of COD, and it almost feels like i'm playing it like COD

This should be enough to explain the whole game. Basically they though making it a COD clone would be a good idea.
I'll quote LC on this one.

A few couple few things.

There is a "space battles" like game mode, but it's in atmosphere and looks to be a lot more than "land your ship on the inside of the other capital ship and take it down from within because taking it down from the outside just takes way to damn long".

Vehicle tokens are not distributed randomly. They're in set locations around the map. I was iffy on this too, but after playing I realize that this actually encourages people to run around as infantry instead of sitting on the spawn screen and mashing A in hopes of getting that vehicle spawn.

Spawns aren't random. They're in two set locations per phase on walker assault. Would prefer the option to choose which one though.

The AT-AT is the only vehicle you can't fully control. This actually balances the thing. It would be complete broken if you had full control. Much like the AC-130 or bomber in battlefield.

Empire is not completely OP. The map is actually pretty well balanced if both teams are actually working together. Air superiority and up link defense is key for both sides. Unfortunately for the rebels neither are directly apparent so its taken the player base a little longer to figure out what to do in order to win. The longer the beta goes on the more the rebels seem to win it seems like.

Battlefront 2 may have had 4x the content, but all that really meant was that it had 4x the shit. The only game mode that was worth playing was conquest and most of the maps were complete trash. Not to mention the fact that the heroes were completely unbalanced and ruined the flow of the game when they were turned on.

You forgot to mention that while SP in BF2 had a cool narrative, it could just as easily be done in a 10 minute graphic comic. The SP in BF games was literally multiplayer with stupid AI. It offered no challenge whatsoever other than "beat it to see the next cutscene with cool british guy".

You can try a demo for free you hipster. It's popular because it's good. Not because it's Call of Duty.

Oh, and if you haven't heard of this already, replay the good route a second time after finishing the evil route. Things are a tad different.
Really? Alright, I shall.

I beat it and got the true ending.

May have shed a few tears with how touching and sad it was.

That had to be one of the best stories I've seen in such a long time, and I cared about every single character.

Do you intend to get the worst ending on your next playthrough?
Genocide run? Yeah, I'm doing it right now and felt horrible killing a specific character at a specific time.

I don't want to spoil for anyone.
You truly are repulsive.
Apparently it's a COMPLETELY different game too.

But man, this is so worth the $10. The story and characters are just amazing, along with the writing and soundtrack.

I'm really conflicted on V. Before the end of part I thought it was the best game i'd ever played, but that came with the expectation that the second part would expand the scope of the game but also wrap everything up, and then it just ends. It's like I paid $110 just to be blue balled.
It took you until the end to realize the story was horrible and the repetitiveness was agonizing? Well, better late than never.

The Flood / Re: Can we fire that kraut Klinsmann already?
« on: October 11, 2015, 12:24:17 AM »
How is it possible to lose to mexicans
Because Klinsmann isn't a coach and has sent the entire US program backwards with his experimentations that never add up to anything, never have a "Formation" for a team, never have players to develop chemistry, players CONSTANTLY played out of position, forgoing technique for "physical" play, no tactics other than park the bus and hope to counter, NOTHING!

Look at Australia last World Cup. They didn't win a game but you saw a philosophy they had going to build upon. The US didn't have anything except bunker down and pray.

These stats tell it all. The US isn't advancing forward on anything they hired Klinsmann for. They're regressing on ALL levels. Under 23's probably aren't going to qualify for the Olympics again and this is Klinsmann's SECOND hand picked coach for that squad.

The US isn't a bad nation when it comes to national play. 9 countries have made 4 of last 6 WC KO rounds (incl. U.S.). 8 have made 3 of last 4 (incl. U.S.). This isn't a "minnow" nation in the slightest, but Klinsmann sure makes it seem like that.

He needs to be fired if they hope for ANYTHING to happen. He's proven to be a shit coach in Germany, and he's proven to be bad here. He's a GREAT technical director, THAT'S IT. He set up the youth foundation for Germany, and the moment he left, guess what happened to Germany? Semi-final and then WC champs. Other than that, he's shit and needs to go.

AVATAR KORRA ON SUICIDE WATCH
Mexico won I assume?
It's Klinsmann as the head coach

he plays a striker at midfield and doesn't understand two center backs developing a chemistry

Of course they won

I wonder what the Copa America Centennial will be like this summer lol
American's have shown they love seeing great teams play (I think like 100,000 with Barcelona vs LA Galaxy), so I'm sure the corrupt people leading it will love the money it gives.

Besides, there are some MLS American strikers (and midfielders Lee Nguyen) hotter now than the people he's calling up.
I wouldn't know, I don't follow MlelS.
I passively do. My team is so horrible though (Portland Timbers) because they have no finishers.

They probably couldn't even finish a sente
lol I've been to two of their games.
Lucky

They have an amazing crowd. Just a shit team.

No. Wanna link me?

Also, Fabian Johnson and Altidore were playing so horribly. Why does he keep calling these bums up?
Because they don't have anyone better. That's what happens when you have no one playing in Europe.
They have people playing in Europe, he just likes to go to Germany senpai because he's German. Besides, there are some MLS American strikers (and midfielders Lee Nguyen) hotter now than the people he's calling up.

Did you seriously think you could beat Chicha and friends?

and they did it without Vela.
To be honest, a big part of me wanted to lose, if only for the fact that pressure would mount on him again. This guy's proven time and time again he can't do shit, and both the youth team and this one lost. So none of what he's doing is working.
