I don't think it will happen soon, but the middle class is growing smaller and smaller.

I've said for a while now that I think if things continue the way they are, in the next 20 or so years we'll have a revolution. Be it political, violent, protest, etc.

i'll just say this

chicks with dicks = pretty okay to me

Serious / Re: Do you vote?
« on: October 18, 2015, 01:56:36 PM »
The only people you should be voting for are Republicans, anyway
And here we see an example of why our government turned to shit.

Voting just because of party and not actual candidate. Good job!

Midget isn't being serious. He's just being him.

Um, what?

The whole reason this country became a shitty mess is BECAUSE of Democrats.
Careful, some people might not know you're joking

Do you say that to try and make yourself feel better about being a Democrap?

I'm not joking. Most things that have put this country and track to being a first world shit hole (soon to be 3rd world, at this rate) can be traced back to the Democrats. Don't believe me? Look it up yourself. But you won't, because you're afraid of having your precious little bubble burst.
I'm sorry

I can't take any of your opinions seriously because you think there is nothing wrong with the Mass Effect series.

But there isn't. Maybe if you didn't jump on the ME hate bandwagon like the rest of the sheep, you'd see that
To think your precious series is above any wrong doings or bad decisions is laughable. Fanboys really are a cancer on the world.

Publishers who are known for greed (Ubisoft, Activision, MS, EA, etc) tend to have shit launches. At least some of them get recognized for it

Difficulty and length are kinda silly reasons to dislike a game, but all right.
Not really

Need I remind you of the Library and how long that crap dragged on?
Difficulty due to poor design (The Library) is a valid reason. A difficulty that was intentional and designed properly isn't.
I agree. I was mainly going on about how long that level was and how it almost (not kidding) put me to sleep

\The MCC wasn't developed by 343i. It was a rushed cobbled together outsource job done by 6 different studios.\
Sounds just like Halo 4.
Gee. A very understaffed dev team had to outsource some parts to get the game out on time.

How dare they.

Difference with Halo 4 is that 343i was working on it directly as their main project. MCC wasn't being worked on directly by 343, and was tossed around between developers, and Halo 5 is their main project.

Halo 4 worked. MCC didn't. Halo 5's BETA worked.

Funny that.
Oh I don't blame 343i for the blunder that was MCC. I'm well aware it was MS forcing them to hurry up and push it out for the Christmas deal last year. It's a shame 343i got the flack of it and failed to realize that MAYBE publishers are greedy assholes who can't wait a few more months for a good product to release, because no matter how improved something becomes in the end, everyone will remember horrible launches and it will always stay a blemish on it.

Well, that had more to do with the repetitious scenery and combat, more than anything else. The length was fine--the variety in scenery wasn't. I dunno, it's hard for me to really contrive a scenario where length would actually be a problem in and of itself.
I feel games, like movies/books, can really drag on. Like in order to get to the final place you need to grind for so and so and other random crap I can't think of.

What's the point, then?
Online co-op/invading really. It's a single player game at heart, with co-op/invasions added after. I feel when you're online and see messages (most of them are helpful believe it or not. At least the first few months when people are learning. It's a huge social experiment really) and phantoms of players passing/blood pools, it makes me feel like you're all collectively struggling/working together for that common goal. It's like... team work, but at the time time not.

You see someone die and click their blood and see it, and you see they ran ahead and were ambushed, or you walk to a door and a note says (be wary of ambush), and you know this guy found out the hard way, or is passing the word. It does this VERY subtle thing where players actually transparently pull each other along.

And then, like I said with social experiments, you get the few who try and dissuade you. You may not like it (and I can understand why, though offline NONE of this factors in, so at least consider it!) but I feel it's a very very subtle but cool thing. You know you're alone, but at the same time you're not.

Sorry for that rant.

Games are rushed, especially big titles that happen to be shooters.

Who would have known?
At least Halo 4 worked.

I was just going on about how 343i did only like the campaign (or MP I forget which) and that was it. A shit ton of it was exported.

FIFA, until the next one comes out that is.

Fuckin pacebabbies ruin it for me.
FIFA 16 pacebabbies can't do anything. It's so damn hard to change my style of play because you actually have to value possession now instead of just doing what you did since forever.
It's fucking great isn't it?
It is, but I'm really having growing pains.

Especially considering you're forced to play as an ugly... thing if you go offline.

But yeah, nothing to do with the difficulty.
You can do everything offline that you can online minus invading and reading people's notes. You can be human off and online. You just start out undead.

just gonna leave this here

I don't have to pay for other peoples guns.

Why should I have to pay for other peoples hospital bills if I haven't been in a hospital since my child was born?

Socialism is retarded.
It's literally like car insurance you idiot. You have to pay a penalty if you don't have insurance for your car. It's a simple tax that provides a right for everyone. Stop buying into people who are behind literally the rest of the developed world.

Eh, they just barely bounce. But it's better than nothing.

Metal Gear Solid 5

10/10 across all people, but they fail to mention almost everything with how shit the story is, the repetitiveness, and so much more

But uhh, if you mean THE one? Hm... I really don't know. Maybe FF 13? People were giving that 10's.

I remember Fallout 3 on 360 froze on me as I was crossing a bridge between buildings, and every time I loaded that save, it crashed immediately. It was right out of the door so it was an auto save.

My last real save was around 4 hours back. I didn't play for a while.
