The lock-on combat is a crutch that patches up a clunky combat system.
Wat

slow and methodical =/= clunky combat

I'm glad PC has quick save, so F5 is really a life saver

Coincidentally, it can also screw you over if you use it at the wrong time.
My laptop is awful with the function keys

I have to hold control and then press the button if I want to use them as function keys
It works for me so far

But I know on console it WOULD take a while sometimes and I hated it

Drugs aren't even a big deal in Fallout. I only used them in crunch time if I already died a few times against people, and even then just... meh.

I rarely rarely used them.

Who the fuck even voted for Kasich?  Also, for those who said Rand, he's still a waste of a vote for an actual election.
Because of his royal gilling of Trump and Carson. That and he's one of the few candidates that actually talked about what he is going to do in office. He comes across as signifigantly more down to earth than most of the other candidates.
And he sounded logical, asked people if they REALLY wanted to elect somebody (Trump/Carson) who had no idea what they were talking about or doing. It sounded like a plea for people to wake up and realize this isn't a game show.

I loved when he said that because it showed how much he actually cares about the job he's running for. Him and Rubio seem to be the only two candidates entirely serious about it.

Hokay, so after taking forever to figure out why Darnified UI wasn't working (a hud thing for more PC friendly look), and various other things, I now have my mods in working order and the game good to go. Took some screen shots from the scenic overlook.

I'd have to disagree. The only thing that will most likely be unavailable to consoles will be high-res texture overhauls and ENBs
You really think things that mess with the games coding will be available?

I didn't know if it came off as insulting cuz it implied no one else cared about you

People saying 343 after they fucked us over with MCC
That was more Microsofts fault and them pushing the game out for Christmas holidays to sell for the Xbone bundle.

People should realize most of the times games aren't finished by big AAA companies, it's because of time constraints. Hence the usual massive day 1 patches. It's all devs can do to try and fix the things the publishers don't care about because lol money.

Yeah his rant on Ohio again to dodge the weed question was stupid.

On another note, why are people voting Rand? I know you like him, but he won't see a bump anywhere.

I think Kasich's pretty much done. I don't think anything he's said tonight is going to land with Republicans and he's distanced himself too much from the other candidates.
Which is a shame because he brought up a lot of good points that people need to look at themselves about.

is there more story other than team rocket skeletons setting up puzzles for me
Really, I question if you're just this dense and oblivious to things going on around you, or if you're just doing this on purpose.
don't deny that papyrus pretty much is team rocket mixed with jack skellington mixed with professor layton
I'm not judging how you feel about certain characters. Just how you're taking information and things thrown at you.

I like that the audience is smart enough to boo these questions rigged for them to fight among one another.

Or maybe they're just sick of the last 2 (3?) debates.
The other debates weren't nearly this bad

Fox actually did the best job
I agree. I thought this wasn't as bad as CNN's, but thay just topped jt.

Wow fantasy?
