People do realize that it's not like the guy shouted "TRANNY FILTH" before punching her in the face and choking the life out of her, right? Sounds like it got heated and he tried to knock her out so he could get away.
He wrapped his hands around her throat until she stopped breathing.
It said she was still breathing when he left her. I think it said stopped moving, which you got confused with, I'll check.
He also testified that Ms. Laude was still breathing but appeared to be unconscious after being put into the arm lock. He said he then brought her to the bathroom to try to revive her and left her slumped over the toilet. He said he then took a taxi back to his ship, where he told a fellow Marine, “I left her unconscious.” Yeah, here it is.
Trans argument aside, I highly doubt his claims. If he did that, he was clearly blinded with rage, and did that out of reaction. I highly doubt he'd suddenly just stop and check her pulse or see if she was breathing when he's already seeing red, and then leave. Odds are he choked her out and that was that.

In actual relevancy to the topic at hand, I believe I read the follow up article that the marine was found guilty, but he got his sentence reduced to like 14 or 15 years or something?
Well we all know philippians aren't real people like great american marines and other americans, so i'm fine with that.

Also, it's pretty cringy to partake in branch banter when you're not in the military.
are you in the military???
What the hell does this have to do with anything
I was actually just curious
I'm kind of just staying out of the conversation.
oh sorry lol
I assume no, right? Otherwise I don't think I'd see you as much since deployments and all that. Unless it's the National Guard. My mother was there for 20 years.
No I'm not. I was going to join the USMC as soon as I turned 18 but yeah.
Oh why didn't you?

What is it with these crate systems these days.
Additional money to try and bring in more revenue because odds are they're not making enough from sales alone.

I hear passing a kidney stone is equal or greater than the pain of childbirth for guys. Actually physically measured I believe. dear god. I learned about that in health class back in middle school and they showed drawings of kidney stones, and there was one that looked like a spiky ball I had nightmares just imagining people trying to go through that. I don't think Day Z standalone is even supported anymore
seriously? wasn't it getting ported to XBone and PS4 though?
It keeps getting delayed. It's still in alpha after 2 years. Avoid. Read the reviews on steam

I don't understand how some people can get off to snuff or like extreme bondage shit.
That's why they're called fetishes. I don't think anyone can give you a logical explanation for why they enjoy a certain fetish, other than it plays into certain things that just turn them on. No one is going to give you a power point on foot fetishes and why they're good for you.

Isn't the rape fetish supposed to be kind of common?
Sort of, but most people are degenerates anyway so
It plays into the mindset of total domination (or lack thereof), and that is a turn on for people. It's a little silly for you to say they're degenerates for having a simple fantasy. A fantasy is a fantasy, I doubt anyone here who actually has the fetish is in full support of real rape.

While I still think the prequels are better
This line is to you, what "repeal Obamacare" is to Republicans you just have to somehow shoehorn it in when anything relating to any of the movies is brought up >_>

Such a thing has never happened in the history of console gaming.
You need to keep in mind that no other consoles have used a couple years old PC parts with a few tweaks here and there to better optimize it (I don't think... Not 100% on this).
Yeah, I think you're right about that. Like, consoles used to have more... competent graphical capabilities. They were at least average in terms of hardware. The Xbone and PS4 seem relatively underpowered compared to their predecessors in their respective eras.
We'll have to wait and see what the future holds, I guess. Sony and MS didn't give themselves much breathing room with their hardware this gen. I won't put it past game developers to impress, though.
I expect we'll see some pretty games. I just don't expect amazing textures or that shine effect on concrete when it rains. Once you see that rain effect in amazing effect in games, and amazing looking textures in general, you become so aware of how bad they look. It's why Fallout 4 looks so ugly. It's on a 2002 engine and the textures are just muddy. At the end of the day though, I much prefer an artistic style on things, rather than one going for the realistic/gritty feel.
