At this point I am genuinely worried about your country.
Why? None of these people stand a chance.

Hilary was always going to win.
That's still quite worrying.
Meh

she's not ideal, but she is far more sane I would think on most issue than any of the Republican candidates minus Kasich and Bush.

It sucks

It's one week before christmas and I can walk around naked outside and not feel a nip anywhere on me

THE HELL IS THIS
oh my
It upsets me. It's hard to get in the Christmas spirit when I can go out for a walk in a thin breezy summer t-shirt and shorts.

You want a bad year? The year before any of the new consoles were announced. It stagnated hard during that year.
but we got tlou and halo 4 in 2012

That's the issue. Campaign isn't the longevity of a game, especially if it's only averaging around 5 hours. We all know why people get games like Halo and Call of Duty, and it's not for the SP.
wasn't even bad lol shut up

Halo 4's campaign is just as long as any other if you play them on normal.
And many people buy Halo for the campaign, so stop acting like it's just for the MP.

The MP wasn't actually even bad, either. It actually became pretty good too, sadly a little too late though.

Anyway. Shut up

the better question is why do people still care about smash after melee?

http://web.archive.org/web/20150611231312/http://a.pomf.se/qyjvzi.webm

apparently webms are forbidden
Melee may have been the best, but Smash 4 is still very fun. It puts the best parts of Brawl and Melee together, I think.
I lost interest and seeing what the fanbase has become, I only want to avoid it more.

Are you not against me?
Not at all. I don't have as much passion on the subject as you or as much interest, but I'm not thinking "ohhh there goes that little fuck verb and his "pro women" talk in video games. PFPFPFPFFTTTTT"

yeah you get it

Fair enough, but it was still an exclusive and 1 game can't save an entire year.

Did Cruz really support dictators who fucked over everyone?
Realpolitik fam

we practiced it for 40 years
It wouldn't be the US if we weren't hypocrites and toppled governments we don't like
Say what you will but the Policy of Containment and use of realpolitik in the Cold War was one of the most brilliant foreign policy concepts the US has ever developed and executed. Back then it wasn't about toppling governments we don't like; it was about toppling governments that were potential Soviet allies.

That being said it doesn't work quite the well in other applications. The toppling of Assad, Hussein, and Qaddafi were the wrong stances to take.
I don't mind it during Cold War, but some things are just.. odd.

Speaking of which, was the Iranian government we toppled (which was democratic), pro russian?
No, we fucked up in Iran plain and simple.

We didn't topple Mosaddegh because we were under the suspicion of him being pro-Soviet, Mosaddegh was actually disgusted with socialism and was very openly anti-Soviet We were pressured into it by England because they were losing their grip on Iran's oil industry.

Mosaddegh tried to relinquish the British control on Iran and it's main resource and make his country somewhat more independent of foreign rule, rightfully so, and that was his undoing.
That's a damn shame

Not much else to say on that. I'll read more on it later, but thanks for telling me. Wonder how different it'd be if he wasn't toppled.
