I only caught a small bit on the news yesterday. Why couldn't they tranq the thing instead of calling the Zimmer to simmer down the situation?
Tranq's take 5+ minutes to take effect, and shooting them into an already tense and irritated Gorilla would have probably agitated it more. Could have easily just swung his hand after that and snapped the kids neck. When he was dragging him through the water, his head almost scraped a nearby grate as well, which would have been an instant death.

I think we've all caught wind of it within the last 2 days. If not, just check any news site. They had the Gorilla in their zoo for 17 years I believe.
What are your guys's opinions on how it was handled? Who do you think is to blame?
Obviously for me, I think the blame lies with the neglectful parents who somehow let their kid through the barrier.
It's just a shame it came to that. They planned to set him up for breeding too, so it's sad it all came down to that for such an endangered species.

I'd say it leads to a more polished game though. Better for that than pointless glitches and issues.

DNF being a high profile one
Hardline was also delayed, didn't stop the balance from being terrible and the gameplay modes from being poorly thought out.
I'm not saying delaying fixes all of that. Just that it will have a better chance to perform better, rather than be shit. Especially since this isn't from the biggest of publishers. EA has a nasty habit of.... well, they just have shit games in general.

1. Yes, because I don't believe anything is as black and white as these things can most of the time present, and the chemist is morally bankrupt if he's not giving a helping hand. Greed is evil. In the end though, this really plays into the age old philosophy of the ends justifying the means. I like to go on a case by case basis personally.

4. No, I don't think so. Unless he was dangling this drug in the persons face and blackmailing them for it, I don't think so. He's a piece of shit, but I don't think he broke the law by any means until the pharmaceutical company bought it off of him and started to distribute it. That's where the regulations would come into play. The man still discovered it himself, so he has every right to it.
