Serious / Re: Historical Tragedies« on: September 14, 2016, 04:21:19 PM »Sounds like you two are splitting hairs here, really.Even though I said I was kind of joking, this is precisely my thought. While the Nazi Party was taken out of power and almost entirely crushed, the Germans were the ones to suffer, for the second time in the century. The Germans are continuing to this day.Nazis didn't lose. Germany did.WW1 and WW2 were both tragedies in that the wrong side won both.Pretty sure the Nazi's and Japan winning WW2 isn't a good thing. 3483

It's more cut and paste good vs bad (and I hate using those words) with WW2, but WW1 was just so complicated on all fronts.I'm joking with WWII, but I'm being dead serious when I say the wrong side won WWI.help meI'm pretty sure he's just keeping the whole "Hitler did nothing wrong" meme alive. Gaming / Re: Random FPS drops in games« on: September 14, 2016, 01:11:28 AM »Neither.Update all your drivers, dust your computer, make sure you don't have any other things running in the background like Chrome.Did you recently update your graphic drivers or have a windows update? If so, you might want to roll back to a previous version. There might be compatibility issues. I know things can load slower due to overheating, so that might help a bit. 3485

Serious / Re: Cop fired for not killing an armed suspect« on: September 13, 2016, 10:31:42 PM »It's more so the fact there are a select few where the dudes are unarmed and clearly not going to hurt anyone, and the cops shoot them, only to get off with literally no punishment. That's the issue for me at least. Seems there is a lack of accountability on both sides.See now, this is a police incident worth protesting.I honestly can't say I care about these blacks being killed by police. The large majority of them behave like rabid animals, and we're supposed to protest for them? We're supposed to care? These same people who have committed horrific crimes without any mercy for their victims? The communities and families they terrorize? 3489

He was being a good cop. It's the departments and practices that need to be re-evaluated. That's a shame.

The funny thing is no one will care about this in a week since the illness ain't that big a deal.
Just focus on her being corrupt like always and all that jazz. 3492

I would think they'd want to replace her before the first debate (which is the 27th I believe) because the new candidate would want to get his points across.
This next week will be really interesting. 3493

Plus honestly, part of me (as in, all of me) enjoyed Trump calling out the Prince of *insert whatever Middle Eastern country*, more or less saying "how's it feel leeching off your daddy?"
even though Trump kinda does the same, though at least he does work. 3494

What a shitty way to go.Yeah, probably her VP.That's a scary thought. Who'd replace her even? Her VP? Bernie? But yeah, I get what you're saying. Honestly, I've already accepted that even with Trump was pres, not much would really get worse minus the image of the US. 3495

That's kind of sad, really. They're both old shits, but I find it ironic that Bernie Sanders might be healthier than all of them.

Many just considered him to be far better than the others and it turns out he might not be that great of an option either.Aleppo is one the of the oldest cities in the world. The fact that he doesn't know it shows how ignorant he is.Can't the same be said for Trump and... well, everything? Yeah it seems like he doesn't know much on foreign policy 3503

Yeah exp share is too easy because you don't really have to use your other pokemon, and you're generally over leveled every time.

Gaming / Re: Pokemon Thread (New Sun and Moon Pokemon revealed!)« on: September 09, 2016, 11:58:34 PM »![]() Gotta say that I love how Origins threw in your face that Gym Leaders use different sets, depending on how many badges/your level. Makes sense too since not everyone starts in one town, and the Gym Leaders are more or less just teachers gearing you up for the Pokemon League/Battle Frontier. Explains why they get subsequently harder as you get more badges too. That's when the kiddie gloves come off and you're going full force. |
