Merkel has completely fucking cucked Germany, she probably thinks an appropriate military is the same as having the evil Nazi regime. They're more cucked than Japan is.
I think her heart was in the right place. She just saw a crisis and didn't want thousands of people being left with no place to go. Sadly, I think that's as far as she thought. Nothing is as simple as it seems, and so we have what we see now.

Not really
We went under the domino-theory (which was proven to be ineffective), and tried to keep South Vietnam alive. Once we left, the North broke the treaty and Vietnam was unified.
FF to today, and Vietnamese people have an INSANELY favorable view of Americans, despite that horrible war, and we're even forming stronger relations than ever to combat China, because Vietnam ain't a fan of em.
So no, not really.

Damn dude, that's... rough. I know your bills are a burden right now, but please, seek some help with your life. If you wanna give it a second go, try some therapy.
Hope you're doing okay. Yeah if you need PM's to talk, I also offer, though idk how much good I could do. We obviously don't know each other.

Maybe Germany-senpai should invest more in military spending than it currently is. Let the Germans be great again.
You act like they don't control 70% of Europe already.
Yeah but I meant show more military force

Germany was/is pretty much taking over Europe without tanks.
It's common knowledge that Germany will always rise from the ashes. Holy Romans fall? Boom, united Germany Germans get fucked in ww1? Boom, economic and most advanced military superpower Get fucked in WW2/occupied for a long ass time? Boom, rules the EU Germany senpai is based

2016 has... uh, Dark Souls 3?... In general, it was a year of mass disappointment, delays, and stagnation.
Battlefield 1, Civilization 6, Skyrim Remaster (free), Total War: Warhammer, Overwatch, Hyper Light Driver, Dragons Dogma for PC.
It's been a good year if you ask me.
I thought the general consensus for Total War: Warhammer was "meh".
Not really. That's how it was with Attila.

Makes sense though they'd ask people they know will say no, and then turn around and go "Look their elections are rigged!"
Maybe they know these people will say "no" because there's something fucky about the elections.
If you believe in the democratic process and free and open elections, you have no business getting upset when someone asks to observe.
It's Russia. You know damn well they were going to get denied and only push their rhetoric more. They're doing the EXACT same thing with Finland, along with questioning their independence in the first place. Stop taking Russia's word at face value.
What independence? Finland was more independent under Russia than in the EU.
They weren't their own sovereign nation. Something Russia is currently raising suspicion about.
Well they would be right about that. Finland hasn't been independent country since 1995 or 2002 at the latest.
You're not very smart

You should generally wait for all the expansions to be out before you buy a Civ game
60 smackers for a downgrade
Not really. The launch of this game is better than Civ V's. Comparing the base game of a new one to all the expansions of an old one is silly.
It's okay for you; it was bought for you.
Well I was going to buy this if I got BF1 gifted to me, and vice versa. Doesn't matter if it was bought for me, I'd have still enjoyed it.

nobody cared about religion
it was a simple mechanic that quickly became irrelevant
Well it was in Civ 4 and for some reason not in 5, and now it's its own victory, which is neat. You can wage holy wars.

Pro tip I learned. Taking the bayonet off of your gun decreases the recoil when you rapid fire, and makes you ADS quicker. So if you're playing assault, I'd suggest taking it off for that accuracy.
I thought this was pretty common knowledge
Oh shut up, idiot.
The tip is among other tips in game, during loading iirc, saw it once before.
I think it also says so when you equip it to your gun. Not that having a bayonet on there matters though since the accuracy penalty is so small that it wouldn't actually impact the performance of someone who is half way decent at the game.
With submachine guns if you're shooting from a bit aways, it easily stabilizes it more. Ain't no aim assist on PC, so it helps keep it steady and make sure all your bullets connect.

I saw it from Jackfrag on the BF App when loading something.

Your next game should ship with the best features of your previous games expansions instead of stripping them out to sell again as DLC.
Being a slightly less smelly pile of shit doesn't mean you're not a pile of shit.
I'd say it did since it has religion in it and it's pretty good, along with cities not just being huge things on one tile. Combat is also improved (though civ 5's was good). My only real issue aside from the bugs, and vagueness of a few things, is how the leaders aren't in their setting anymore. See what I mean? They're still lively, but it just isn't as fun.

Is there a point to Russia sending election monitors?
US media and politicians have a history of criticizing the legitimacy of Russian elections and accusing their state of voter fraud.
Russia is capitalizing on the rising distrust in America's democratic institutions. They're doing this as a way of saying, "Look! You Americans accuse us of corruption, but it seems that your political class is crooked itself." Pretty decent bantz IMO.
Well when the Democrat party has shown that they don't care about an election's legitimacy, and Hillary has been very hostile towards Russia, it makes sense that they would want to oversee it.
Hillary is hostile to Russia for a few more reasons other than their elections. She even tried to re-engage Russia when she was SOS with that infamous "reset" button. Pretty sure it's not just Hillary who doesn't like Russia. It's the entire Western world.

Only there is insane evidence of Russian election corruption. It means something when even the government has to say "okay next election we'll make super sure things aren't bad". It's also a silly notion to compare considering the same man has been in power since 1999.

You realize that, at this point, NATO exists solely to ensure that the USA has total control over world politics and hostile or non-aligned states are made unable to defend themselves, right?
It's to keep it's sphere of influence yes. It's also a way for Europe and US to have close ties, seeing as their governments, and values are all insanely similar. I'd argue at this point though, the US isn't just running it on its own.

I'm smart enough never to take Russians at their word, but I'm also smart enough not to put trust in the authority figures in my own country. The Russians may not be the good guys here, but that doesn't make us the good guys, either.
You're absolutely right. It's just that Russia lately has been doing a lot of shit to us, and our allies, along with their border states. It's worrying.

US doesn't like other nations meddling in their elections (and rightly so. No country should dictate another's elections).
Then what right have you to get so fucking butthurt about Russia's elections?
You can be upset they're rigged (evidence of literal box stuffing), but don't actually try to meddle in it on a governmental level. I'm but a citizen.
That's not what they're doing, though, is it? This reads like they just want to observe.
Although I guess they'd expect to be denied. This is probably more of a symbolic gesture than anything else.
I dunno, mang. Russia is shady as hell with what they do. Either way, they're allowed to observe. Just not the way they'd have wanted.

Is Putin just fucking trolling with all his antics lately?
He's butt hurt because Russia's economy is failing due to them annexing Crimea.
