Anime, like a lot of other things targeted towards the teenage demographic, almost universally stoop to the lowest common denominator. Aka: Fanservice
It's not even clever fanservice at that, like if I guy was legit just checking out a girl subtlety, which is normal. It's the kind where the nice MC (who always somehow gets the girls wet for him because he's "nice") always seems to walk in on a girl changing and she's in her underwear, and she goes into some autistic rage and gets mad and throws something at him
and then 10 episodes later she's in a two piece swim suit and it's fine
Video games do the same thing as well
There is anime out there that doesn't rely on the tropes, and bait service, though I don't think I really have to tell you that.
Edit: I should also note that you're looking at Funimation, which mostly just shows "what's hot right now", and the hot things almost always universally cater to the masses/LCD. To put it in a decent analogy, it's just showing you the "CoD's" of anime.

What strikes me about these female statutory rape charges is that they always end up having to pay some fine or something, never jail time, or an equivalent sentence that would be given to a male perpetrator.
It shouldn't surprise you at this point Sentences are always easier on women then men. Same with whites as opposed to blacks.

It's like people complaining here from time to time, only she left. Just a bit of salt from both sides here and there.
edit: Actually yeah, you were there. The whole group did it's biannual group drama cycle. Happens when a member leaves due to salt.

As great as Blood and Wine is, I think GOTY should go to a new game, not one that's an expansion. It won best RPG though, so that already gives it enough recognition for how damn good it is.

Yeah, Overwatch won literally because it's extremely popular.
The reason I'm triggered is because I think GOTY awards should at least TRY to be a little bit objective. You may like Overwatch and think it's a fun game--I think it looks kinda fun, and I've been following it casually over the past couple months--but to say it's GOTY just because millions of people play it?
I mean, yeah, it's a meaningless award. But it's only meaningless because games like Overwatch can win it.
I'd say it's GOTY because it's pretty good Regardless of how anyone feels, it didn't exactly have a strong contest this year. Uncharted? People love that game but like to forget the mindless enemies you have to kill between each puzzle set. Other than that, nothing else really even came close. 2016 was a weak year.

Aside from the special classes on the field, and spawning in vehicles, how does it feel like Battlefront? The sprint animation? It doesn't feel like Battlefront at all to me in terms of the movement and gunplay.
Same engine means many of the lighting/ explosion effects look very similar. That's about all I can get.
That's not a bad thing if you ask me. The explosions in Battlefront along with the terrain are freaking amazing.

Eh, I think that's a bit of a blanket statement you can apply to heaps of games, but to each his own. Haven't played CoD since Black Ops 2, loved the original CoD 4 back in the day and the IW / MW combo has gotten pretty excellent reviews overall. Haven't bought it yet anyways, but I'm thinking of giving it a go. At $45, I'm sure it'll hold me over long enough to get my money's worth.
You can apply it to games that have annual releases, but no, even the biggest CoD supporters agree it's not changed much from Black Ops 3. I also haven't played since Black Ops 2. I just have no will to return to a twitch shooter that feels less like a war, and more like paintball.

Infinite Warfare looks like absolute dog shit, and I'm not spending $80 to play a game I enjoyed 9 years ago.
IW got pretty good reviews though. And it was $45 for me.
Every CoD minus Ghosts gets good reviews. It plays almost the exact same as Black Ops 3. Layout and everything. Not worth any money to me.
Never got to play BO3, so that won't be much of an issue to me.
I played the beta and it was shit. I'm bored of CoD because it's the same thing over and over, so seeing this one look exactly like the other and not even try to hide it, said enough for me.
