We're more technologically behind on space travel than we were in the 70's due to none of the blueprints being saved. I had a long talk with my astronomy teacher about it.
It's honestly really fucking depressing.

New Vegas Definitive Edition with bug fixes
Wouldn't the game need a completely different engine to e truly fixed?
They'd be using Fallout 4's engine.
That wouldn't solve anything since both games use the same engine.
i hope part of the reason it's taking so long for them to even hint at the fact they're making a TES6 is because they're going to be using a new and better engine for it.
They usually take a bit to announce it anyway, right?
every 3-4 years. we're coming up on year 5s E3 though here and there hasn't even been a hint that they're even working on it
in the case of skyrim i believe they announced it a little over a year before it actually came out
Yeah, Fallout 3 came out in 2008 and they announced Skyrim in 2010. I think they might take the Fallout 4 approach with the new Elder Scrolls and announce/show it when it's very close to coming out. As for this year, I really REALLY hope we get that new Fallout announcement. Idk.
A bit early isn't it?
Another Fallout so soon released would just kill my interest in the series, even moreso if it was a hunk of crap/the majority of the entertainment relied on Sims: Wasteland Edition.
New Vegas came out 2 years after Fallout 3, so we could get an announcement at E3 and have it drop next Fall.
Shit. Somehow I feel like I got more out of Fallout 3 up to the release of NV than from the release of Fallout 4 until now.
Same
It's a bit of a bummer, because I find myself wanting to play it and then just... bleh
It's the dialogue that killed it for me, it's impossible to make a character outside of HERETOHELP or Tony Snark. Hopefully they've learned from it for the next game, because everything else is great.
The dialogue isn't the killer for me. It's the shitty writing and boring as fuck location.

But 4's engine is an INSANE improvement from what 3/NV were running on. Especially since the gunplay in 3/NV is horrible. It may be the same engine, but it looks prettier and the gunplay is at least actually decent. Expect Fallout 5 to be on the brand new engine (or really, the next Elder Scrolls), and the subsequent games to run off those.

Can't watch the video now, but I never understood assigning credit to a president for the success or failure of a military operation he was obviously not involved in.
Because they make the final call to put them in
...yes, but they don't have any part in it and the approval is largely a formality.
A coach to a sports team doesn't have a part in it on the field, but a lot of it still rests with them. It's the decision making skills that are largely watched.

This guy really likes to bring up Al-Alwaki... To the point where I close his videos as soon as the name drops.
So do we know what went wrong during the raid?
Well he brings up a good point. It's a dangerous precedent to set, especially since both the son and daughter are now dead as well. And no we don't

Give this a watch. It's not simply hating on Trump, but more so both Obama's foreign policy with drones, along with just US in general. Pretty interesting, especially the polling on the biggest threat to world peace Either way, hearing that 8 year old girl died is very sad.

Alright, let's try to get back on topic and all that.
I think this thread - and the subject - has been beaten dead, resuscitated, and beat dead again over the course of the past few days. Not much more we can discuss right now, unless you want me to tell you why it's likely going to be upheld as legal in the courtrooms.
Nah. If it's all said and done, we can either let it die or lock it.

So basically when I do it, its a problem. When someone more liberal does it, its not a big deal and just a minor mistake. Got it.
I'm set in my ways and beliefs dog, thats not gonna change. If y'all dont like it, don't respond to me. Simple.
No, he's saying you're incapable of actually having a discussion and you just talk past everyone, and will not accept facts unless they fit into your own beliefs. Being "set in your beliefs" =/= not having a discussion and being a brick wall. It seems you're incapable of actually being able to defend your beliefs when people challenge them, showing how fleeting your critical thinking really is Like you just did in this post so you basically just reaffirmed what everyone thinks of you

I wasn't wrong. Apparently the police scanner I was listening to was. Theres thousands of people who heard the same thing as me.
So apparently the first thing you hear is a fact and you go spreading it around without waiting for verification.
generally a police scanner is pretty damn reliable. Its not like I went on facebook and just grabbed some random dudes post.
So yes, If I hear something from a generally reliable source, I'm posting it.
Police scanners are never reliable my dear friend, the information they have is always extremely limited and reliant upon shaky eye witness accounts the majority of the time. Especially in cases of mass shootings.

You're right. Next time I should wait until MSNBC or CNN confirms it. My bad.
I'm always right buddy boy.
You should wait until the police take down or apprehend the suspect before saying for sure they're *insert race\religion here*. Know what I mean jelly bean?
Mods^
He's not doing anything wrong here I don't believe

Except, I wasn't wrong. The police intel was.
Who's the more foolish, the fool or the fool who follows him?
Like I said, Generally they are reliable.
You know what the journalists for CNN, MSNBC and Fox do? They listen to the police scanners. Just doing the same thing as them. My bad.
I believe they wait for confirmed sources though, or if not, heavily imply it's a developing story or that the sources are unconfirmed. Also side tracking for a second. I don't think CNN is as bad as MSNBC or Fox for obvious reasons. That's not to say they're not, but the last time it got unbearable is when they never shut up about the missing airliners. I go to CNN to see some news stories, but generally dig around from other sources (NPR, ABC News, etc) before forming an opinion on it. Actually about the only thing from MSNBC I like is Morning Joe, if only to get my shitty day started.

Most probably say this because of the nostalgia they have for the games they played when they were young however it does makes sense to encourage kids to play older games, the simpler controls and visuals is a lot easier for them to grasp.
The visuals are horribly ugly and a lot of older games have clunky controls.
Have you ever played a super nintendo or N64? The visuals are simple not ugly and as for the controls I never had a problem.
N64 was probably the worst example you could bring up. You try playing Golden Eye again and tell me it's controls aren't bad. I'm talking about how they don't age gracefully. Super Nintendo is a different story because of how basic the controller is.

You might want to do a better job not making it sound so factual then. Also police radio talk is all about speculation and what's going on with the scene before any investigations can happen. but semantics I guess. It just makes people sound silly when they make a bold claim and then are completely, 100% proven wrong and they have to backtrack without ever admitting they made a mistake.

This thread was pretty active. Guess it died down when Trump said he supports gays. Only president ever to openly support gays before and after being elected.
No, it's because trying to discuss issues with you is like trying to move a brick wall. Even when you're openly wrong with facts, you digress to the state of an emotional child who throws insults and acts like he knows everything. I really don't care that you support Trump or have a conservative world view - but I give up trying to have a discussion on it.
That being said, yes. I agree with Trump's decision not to rescind protections for LGBT federal employees and will applaud him for it. Doesn't mean it changes my stance on everything else so far.
As for the Arab name thing, I literally heard with my own 2 ears the police were looking for 2 guys with arab names on their radio feed that night. Guess it was misinformation on their part.
So you're leaving the forum then?
Nope. Why should I?
Oh no reason.
You know, I was going to. At least for a few weeks. And then someone started talking about my family. So I'm good. I'll stay on here and annoy the liberals some more.

FYI the 2 shooters in Quebec mosque attack were Syrian refugees who came in 1 wk ago hrs after Trudeau said all refugees were welcome If they don't have Arab names I'll leave this forum forever. You backtrack any faster and you're gonna fall in the ocean. Stop making these dumb claims, it just makes you sound ridiculous when you throw your childish fits and big claims.

Facts are quickly becoming opinions it seems
