Good.
He's only surging in New Hampshire where the poll took place. In places where it actually matters, like Iowa, Clinton is still double digits ahead of Sanders.

Playing this game again, I'm reminded how much the US fucked over Latin America in numerous ways. Same with Cuba. The entire Cold War foreign policy was brutal on all sides.

sorry, rushing doesn't help

*ahem*

Are the people here (and other places) who have social anxiety, really trying to make the the normal people seem bad/wrong? People who can look people in the eye and try to tell people they should?

Then I said it isn't a surprise to me that people (tumblr fags) would try and do something like that.

That talking post above me summarized it perfectly.

Are people who have social issues really trying to twist it into others who promote the normal thing being the wrong ones?

Right, stay classy Tumblrites

So I played a bit more Peace Walker (still am) and I got to the cutscene with Big Boss and Chico. I really liked it. Throughout the series you're hearing how "amazing" Big Boss is from the people he saw on the battlefield and recruited and what not. And in MG2 he's talking about child soldiers and molding them up and how they look up to him.

I feel that cutscene got it perfect. How he showed Chico about wasting life and asked him to join him. Really quality.

I don't understand the resource cap thing. Like for power, the bars are towards the right of the bar and the food is far left, likewhat do i need to do to balance those?
So long as you're above that small bar, you're fine. If you go under, you'll lose power, people will get sad, etc. Just stick above it. The lower it is the better, because it doesn't take as much to maintain. To do that, you just expand/upgrade your rooms.
so the bar gets lowered when rooms are upgraded?
Correct. UNLESS you build more rooms and negate your power. When you plan out expanding, take into effect how it'll take into the electricity.

Anyone know how to increase your stim and radaway storage? I have both at three rooms, but upgrades don't increase storage and I'm constantly rushing rooms hoping for fires so I can use stims up before another batch finishes. I think the only way is to make more, but I'm not sure.
To increase STORAGE you need storage room. As for Stims, you just need to rush/wait. You can always make new rooms of them. Make sure you have people with the SPECIAL for it in the right rooms.

Is there a reason this fucking retard keeps opening the menu? Holy shit.

Does he have Down syndrome? How can he a day and 14 hours logged and still be at the tutorial?
are you actually not understanding what's happening, or

it's a "twitch plays" stream
no one guy is playing it--the stream is playing it

inputs are entered into the chat by people watching the stream

the first game to implement the idea was pokémon, and it became super popular (because it turned beating a relatively simple game into a huge ordeal), and they actually managed to beat it--and after that, all sorts of weird shit was tried out
OOOOOOOOOHHHHH

That makes much more sense. Yeah I was confused as to why it said "Twitch plays Dark Souls" when I remembered Twitch was the site, but then I thought it must've been a guy named Twitch.

Haha you just went full fuckazoid
At least I'm not a furry like you

So far so good, built up a fair few rooms and got some very nice character cards from the free lunchboxes <_<

Also I've begun to institute a caste system and relegate the peasantry to the lower floors whilst the fancy folks live at the top.
You'll be wanting to assign people to the room their SPECIAL's play best into.

Final Fantasy Record Keeper

basically things that aren't pay to win (but also not an infinite grind fest) are pretty good
Now is that actually a game or is it literally a record keeping app.
It's a legit game. It's called Record Keeper because the "story" (really isn't one, it's not the point) is just you keeping records of past FF history.

You fight in the different FF worlds, the bosses. Each having its own battle/boss/victory theme. You get characters from the series, weapons, magic, etc.

Pro tip

Don't bother building storage rooms for a very long time. It's a drain on power that you could do without. I had 200 dwellers and max vault size with only 1 single storage room. Just equip your dwellers with whatever you have and sell BB guns.
Sell any gun that does 1-2 damage too honestly. It's a waste.

This is a much watch video for you all. It's a bit long but worth it. The information era part and how Kojima was able to see the trend approaching is pretty crazy.

I had an issue where I impregnated every woman in my vault and when they all finally gave birth my vault collapsed because I couldn't support the expanded population.
Like it was posted above, be very deliberate about each and every one of your steps. Make sure you have enough resources for everything, and make your layout capable. All your rooms in one place, labs in the other, etc.

Do NOT upgrade until you get a room with 3 width either (the max you can combine rooms), otherwise you can't expand it.

Beat the first boss (the APC) in Peace Walker. Overall, the game isn't so bad. My only problem is the frames (but it's a PSP port so go figure) and how easy it is.

The AI in this game is blind. Like, shockingly so. I'm glad in MGS V they're actually capable of doing stuff.

Will do. So far I'm getting the hang of it (such as getting the controls right for a DS4. That's annoying), and for as often as people say Portable Ops wasn't canon, they reference it more than once in this game.

And for a game not directed by Kojima, I was surprised how good Portable Ops was. Get that guy to do the other games when Kojima leaves. We all know they'll keep making the series (though probably cheaper since they've been costing more and more and making less and less), so better to keep it going well than complete crap.
PO is canon. Just that some of it isn't, and the parts that aren't canon aren't specified.
That's just annoying
