It's too embedded in our culture and easily abused by companies like the NRA (who bribe politicians) to change anyway.
We're seeing the same cycle again after the Virginia shooting.
1. Shooting happens and people are shocked
2. People start to ask for tighter gun control
3. Nothing happens
Every single year.

This patch is worth $60, guys.
MGS 5 does have that going for it, yeah :^)

Cool. Lastly.
Do the team plays differently now? Are team styles based off actual team styles? Really don't feel like playing against Crystal Palace and them playing tiki taka 1 on 1 passes with atleast 90% pass accuracy. Also how about the dribbling differences between CPU controlled players?

Also, are any new national sides or clubs/leagues in the game? I'm not sure if they'd include these in a beta, but with only a month left until release and still no info on added clubs/leagues, I'm worried that they haven't added any (outside of the women's national teams and the clubs that were promoted in the leagues already in FIFA 15)

As you can see, I get more than enough. I leave the subjects open for your own personal interpretations.

Wow, that's great. I'm glad players don't celebrate each trophy like it's the best then. Celebration hype sounds great too. I was impressed in FIFA 15 how players actually ran over and celebrated. My problem in FIFA before was ever since they introduced custom celebrations, it was only 2 or 3 players max, but before that it was cutscenes with more. Glad 15 fixed that and 16 seems to do it more. Fan section cup lifts sound great, I'm glad they're going more authentic. Also, why do they boo Rooney? But just to confirm as well, you're saying the crown is much louder and more relevant? I remember when you scored to win in the 90th min, they got a bit louder than normal. I hope that's even better. Good example would be this game I played in 15 with an amazing come back (you should look).

MGS3 question, slightly spoiler-y:
Spoiler How slow am I if I just realized that the Colonel's plaything is EVA when I got to the Fortress? A little slow, but not entirely. I think I got it right around when Volgin is punching the wall outside and The End is introduced. It's been years though so I can't remember.

That's all great news, but my only concern is it seems like training is a bit too OP from what you've told me.
Players who are 18 shouldn't suddenly reach their max potential in just 3 seasons. In fact, Strikers usually hit their prime around 25 years of age, so it should take many years to hit that max. Idk, it just seems easily abused.
But I plan on playing as Portsmouth (they even have the stadium due to a death at EA :c), and they have one or two great youths I can bring up.
Questions though
Was there commentary in the game? They said they focused on specific story lines for players. Was that at all interesting or just a tack on last min? And is much of the commentary recycled? I assume it is. I plan on getting it for PC.
Oh and, how is the crowd? Louder? Better chants? Louder when you make a goal? Or same old same old?

Have to say, Peace Walker is much better on HD than PSP. I'm actually having fun.
Most tense parts so far are the boss fights and sneaking to put the enemies to sleep and haul em back to base. Same with the bosses in the vehicles.

Either Verb has gotten nicer, or I like him more
Because I see insults going his way and not the other way around. At least at a glance.

True
If you're gonna play Zelda games, Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess are must plays. For 3D anyway.
2D is A Link to the Past (that's on gameboy/nintendo, you could pirate it), and another I'm forgetting.
You'd do better playing OoT first though before Wind Waker since they play hand in hand with a story sense.
Edit: People will say play Majora's Mask, but ehhh, not the biggest fan here. And they don't connect like those first 3 I told you.

Yeah after I saw the review from Matt, I just thought "...This looks better than I remember", and then I remembered I was comparing it to the PSP version and it's stuck in my head.
Like, I can excuse PSP graphics. But it's a MGS game and the frames are around 24 or something. That is something I CANNOT excuse. It is just simply not enjoyable in the end.

Yeah but I went on that Metal Gear review spree on Mattmetosis's channeland PW looked lovely, but it was the HD one and I can't get that and blah blah.

Nothing to do with what you said. I just was reminded of it.

I was hoping you'd catch on that it was a joke
Sure, I understood the humorous attempt. But like all humour, it was based in honesty; truth.
I can't remember who said it, but "there is no such thing as humour" is apt here.
Essentially it means that all humour is somewhat true, and is therefore not humour, but truth.
Wut? No. I know I don't represent any person other than myself. I'm not THAT narrow minded, how dare you >:I I think that applies more so when talking about someone directly, and not a subject. If that makes sense.

women who don't care about their representation in media are obviously just self-loathing, tbh
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! self-loathing people piss me off Honestly, I know why too many people who do nothing but bitch about their lives and never try to improve upon it. I like to listen and offer my friends to talk to me, but sometimes I just hear "WOE IS ME!!!!!!! " and then everyone gives them some advice, and they just discredit it all and continue to cry. But I guess people can't help you if you can't help yourself. Anyway, that is one of my few pet peeves. It is VERY repulsive to me. Edit: Nothing to do with what you said. I just was reminded of it.

Unfortunately, you don't represent all women.
I would hope that this whole "feminazi" movement would be indication of that.
I was hoping you'd catch on that it was a joke
