I was playing Big Team BATTUL on Halo Reach Boardwalk, and right before the match started, EVERYONE on our team left but us 2.
So it was 2 against 8, and we somehow won 50-45 or something like that. It was close and I still love that memory. The other team got a cool deflection sniper kill though.

While we're in the most peaceful history in human history, with no major nations fighting each other directly (this has not happened since the Pax Romana during the Roman Empire days, which is saying a LOT), I do not think we will ever have world peace.
We will always have the tribal instinct in us, and humans will never want to be united under a single, global banner. I bring that up because I believe that would be the only way world peace could ever happen. Otherwise you'll have nation states competing with one another.
Still, we shouldn't be so focused on something as fantasy esc as "World Peace", and focus on improving what we already have. WW2's post events gave us the oddest gift in that we've created a weapon so powerful, everyone is afraid to fight one another.

I stopped drinking after binging on the bottle of Fireball I got for my birthday. New Years was not good for Luci. It was my bright idea to take a shot for every time I died in Borderlands 2.
