It's a learning/teaching experience and helps build analytical thinking skills. Nothing wrong with arguments.
The only thing its taught me is how easily I can lose friends from it. :/

I wouldn't consider that "calling them out" I'm pretty sure that rule only applies to threads, and even then the rule has been rather lax recently.

I think so. Kits probably would have also listed me if I never came back in 2015. After an argument we had last October that went really wrong, because I promised her that would be the last time she would hear from me and that I would be gone for good. She had to reach out to me and apologize, and in return I read and took what she said into consideration. Kinda made the friendship a lot stronger in a way. To this day that's the only promise in my life that I broke, and I'm quite glad that I did.

That's the other problem. I can never find the right words to even get better at arguing. Its like what I want to say is in my head, but when I try to speak I can't even muster it. Or even write it in this case.
The idea is there but the words aren't. If that even makes any sense.
I do, but it's just something you need to improve on then.
I don't even know where to begin to even improve on that note.
There are a lot of ways you can do that. A lot of times you can enter a debate/argument with someone and ask for info on something (if you genuinely don't know. not for proof of something a lot of times) and just learn about something.
I feel you're thinking too hard on it.
I probably am, but this is just something that has been bothering me lately and the only thing I had going on in my head with arguments as a whole was "why?" So I made a thread about it.

And friends can fight. It's not black and white.

Good friends worth having will make up with you after you've had a fight. If not then they're not worth your time anymore. That's adulthood and it sucks, but like you said in the other thread you have to make the most of your short life and not get wrapped up in such petty arguments. If someone is obviously trolling do not engage because you will not win.
True. Very true. I usually am the one to always make any amends after a bad argument, sadly I've lost a lot of friends because of my own cluttered opinions and stupidity.
