Xbone is shit
So is your PC.

>Core i7 4770K
>8 GB DDR3 1600 RAM
>Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 270X
>Noctua NH-D14
>Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl case

Yeah, get the f$%k out

You should have gone with Nvidia as your graphics card and Intel as your processor. They do a better job and outperform the Xbone.

Where as unlike the Xbone, you can change your hardware anytime. Do that with any Xbox 360 or Xbox One console and you'll void your warranty or worse.

I have an Intel CPU and why should I have purchased an Nvidia GPU as opposed to my current AMD Radeon one?

AMD's graphics (at least what I've heard from a friend that used an AMD graphics card) have problems and slow down during performance, where as Nvidia is not only quality, but it's software drivers are widely used on many engine's and applications and in many cases enhances the application or engine.

From what I hear AMD processors are even worse than the graphics card, but hey if your graphics card is working the way it should and it's actually better than Nivida, I'd be willing to make the trade on my next upgrade.

Our entire lives can be a lie. How do we know that we're not dead already? What if time is going by much faster than we think and we just have it slowed down in our minds?

You should make a game were you trap houses

Honestly, that's what this game should have been 2 years ago.

My PC. This was back when I first got it. I was 19 at the time. I should consider modifying it now.

You must have a strong hate for Xbox.

I have a strong hate for all proprietary bricks.
Like what?

You'll find out when MS ditches the Xbone and takes away it's Live.

You're wrong. I'm just a skeleton. I have no flesh and no muscle. I don't even have any eyeballs, so I have no idea how I'm even able to navigate and read/write/type let alone form coherent thoughts.

I'm demisexual.
Basically it means I'm kind of asexual until I've fallen in love with someone and become emotionally bonded.

I don't feel any form of attraction to strangers.
I know that feel (or rather, I don't).

legit confession
I'm probably somewhere on the Asperger spectrum; I have difficulty empathizing with people and seem to be missing the larger part of a conscience.

You're not alone. We both have it. It's called high functioning Autism now though. I had years of therapy as a child so it has become easier for me to empathize with others. I have trouble understanding sarcasm though and can't fully detect someone's body language until it's too late.
Doesn't cause me any issues, really; I just come off as a bit detached and cold to most people. Sarcasm is like a second language to me, but I suck at reading expressions unless I have other cues.

Well we are different. Where as you come of detached and cold, I'm the other way around. I'm nothing more but a emotional wreck, at least to people that are important to me. I also have trouble reading expressions. Sometimes I unintentionally hurt people just by being blunt honest with them. I feel like shit afterwards when they express how upset they are. Depends on the person honestly.

Thanks. I plan on updating it in the future even more. Chances are I still think it's going to suck because it's my first ever project.

I have to draw the line somewhere and start developing something else. Something that will actually be enjoyable. It would require a team though because developing a game alone is pretty hard.

I'm not trying to draw anyone away FYI.

I'm sorry if anyone felt offended if I advertised my own site.

The Hideout will always remain a small community. I only did it since it gets lonely overthere. I wasn't trying to promote any hate or draw away anyone from here.

Not at all.
Riiiiiight. I'm onto you, mate.

BTW, did you kick me from your forum? I cannot log in. :(

No I didn't. I didn't even get an email. Hold on. Let me check the site and see what's up.

So... People dislike this place, custom made, and being worked onto being more welcoming as people attempt to forge some content, and then prefer a free forum that will legitimately under most conditions attempt to limit your experience, and at some point even retain copyright over your own content? I mean, we do have some diversities, but I never felt things were this way...

I won't pitch into details about the accusations of favouritism as I am not aware of any such situation. However, if the issue is within the forum software, layout and such then please do not hesitate to share. I am here to work and improve the software and its design for everyone.

These are tough times as we are looking to move towards a new advertiser. Certain things, which annoy us all will be something we must deal with until we can assert a new advertiser who doesn't impose an iron fist onto its websites. I ask for more patience until we can settle ourselves down with a proper advertiser and we are free to express ourselves. Bungie had to answer to Microsoft, and for now, we have to answer to Google's AdSense, but this is not a long-term relationship, it's a temporary one that maybe in a few days or a week or two will be over. I promise that I will work with Cheat to improve the current conditions to the most of my capability.

You guys are going to hate my guts for saying this.

It's good, but it's not incredible. It's just not the same. I strongly prefer the original music over the new one.

Just like how I prefer the original games over the remastered ones.
I'm gonna have to agree. Most of the original tracks are way better.
I mean these are good, but they just don't have the same level of musical genius.

Or quality for that matter. They sound way too rushed.

Though recently after The Pro boards Flood died, I moved The Hideout to Proboards because Enjin was a shitty host.
Yeah, Enjin is really crappy.

All the good themes were overpriced as shit or you had to have the advanced plan, which the minimum I could pay for was $2.08 per week. Pro boards lets me do way more than that and more all free of charge.

Damn.

Anyone here interested in The Hideout, please let me know.
Hideout?

Don't tell me you got so buttflustered here that you made your ow site.

I've had my own site way before this site existed. Hell the group is even older than the Sep7agon. Ask Flee if you don't believe me.

Ok, sorry I said that.
With the way you carry on sometimes, what I said can't be surprising.

Why did "The Hideout" never catch on? First time I've heard of it.

Because no one back on Bungie including The Flood of that generation gave a shit. Only a few people did, like my good friend Chris who I hardly knew back then.

It was an off-topic group. It had no ranks and you earned a custom title for doing something cool. Almost everyone was able to get a custom title of their liking. It was also small, it never grew big. The most I had with it was 50 members. Activity was about 10 people posting though.

The website however nowadays.... it's mainly staff posting now. Which would be Silentsnake and myself. We don't have many of our members posting let alone part of the site, and we have some new people that are not from Bungie so it's not an all Bungie site.

From what I know it's actually been around longer than this forum.

Founded in 2009 on B.old, formally known as Decimators Hideout. Refounded in 2011 as The Hideout.

Not my main one. I have a spare and I'm not using it for anything.

There is only one problem. I have no idea what I need and I suck with hardware.

Any tips?
Reasonably sure it involves flashing the bios using a desktop, and if you don't know what you're doing you could end up destroying all your shit.

Does it require opening and fracking with the hardware? Software is my strength, but hardware isn't.
When I bought mine (notice, bought, not made) it did indeed involve opening the case up. I'm not too knowledgeable on what exactly you had to change, but I wouldn't be surprised if some minor soldering was involved.

Shit. I'm out of luck then. I can't solder for shit. The last time I tried messing with the 360's hardware was when my 07 model crapped out, and that didn't end all to well either.
Soldering is easy shit, man. You can even afford to be sloppy with the solders inside an xbox... it's not like you're working on unshielded musical equipment.

I suck at soldering. I'm bad at it.
