I have high blood pressure, too.

Here's the really weird part. My blood pressure is normal. It's just my heart rate. Chances are it's just me being nervous as fuck.

Hearts do funny shit Deci. Don't worry. If it's anything to worry about they'll give you a wrist monitor so you can keep track of how high your heart rate is going.

I mean fuck. I was born with a skipping heart that shut down and stayed in the hospital for two weeks as a baby. Few months back mine almost stopped when I had some blood pressure problems on the operating table. And then again while resting in the hospital.

I'm still here though. Just have to to do lots of cardio to get it back into shape, and watch that wrist band.

If it's anything of that sort, they might teach you breathing exercises to calm things down.

And if it's super serious, they'll go for a transplant.

But I doubt it's that serious.

I'd wager its stress related. Most of my shit was and is. Breathing exercises help.

Yeah when I was at the hospital back in 2014 by the time this site was launched, over pre pneumonia, I was so damn nervous that my heart rate was 120 constantly and it would get higher. 150BPM even. They had to give me a calming sedative to help calm me down but it didn't work because I just couldn't calm down. My heart rate remained at 120BMP. They gave me another round of IV and let me go. That was last year.

Apparently my heart beating at 106 bpm isn't normal. Thing is, I'm under a lot of stress half the time. It has something to do with my nervous system, and this is the first time I've been to a new place in a sense with people I don't really know.

So I had a blood test.

Hopefully it's not something too serious whenever the results come back.. What do you think?
