Aside from the ads. This Sep7agon card idea is perfect. If the site can make a profit off of this we can attract new members this way and have it booming. I don't know about you but if we had the necessary equipment to create these actual physical cards, I shit you not I would buy an entire pack if I'm included as a card.
Alas maybe the physical form won't happen for mass production, however, we can probably do something with the digital ones in terms of generating money for the site or something. This was the goal I had for Sep7agon in order for it to keep standing, a product to sell.
I think we can do it with these cards, we just have to tell people WHY to buy it and WHY they should join the site.

I personally hate ads. Not only do malicious ads exist that can fuck up a Windows Machine, they slow down website performance overall. They're like digital cancer. 98% of ads don't appeal to me. Unless its a new movie that's about to be in theaters or a new game coming out, I don't care. The ads here are never a new game or new movie. Its always local shit, telling me to donate to charity when I'm flat out broke, or to buy a new car.
Not only is this shit that doesn't appeal to me, it does slow down website function a bit. I tried going ad-block plus free for one day and I immediately realized how useful that extension really is. I clicked on dropdown menus on a user to view info and there was a 2 second lag. With ad-block plus, it was instant with no problems.
This isn't just the website. Even YouTube runs better without ads. I am aware that content creators lose money on videos I watch because I don't watch or have the ads in my view, but if they usually have a donate button I donate a small amount when I have money or only for one time I temporary turn it off if its a content creator I actually like.
As for this website, ads are just cancer. I'm well aware it keeps the site up but at the cost of performance, its not worth seeing them.

I mean wow. What a fucking disappointment. Not only the graphics are degraded to shit, but the framerate is a lot less than 30 FPS. Can and will Microsoft ever fix this? You'd think the Xbone would do a much better job running this game than the 360, but the performance is piss poor.

Sep7agon points.
What can you do with Sep7agon points? Well here are some of the items I am proposing.
Prestige: Cost 30,000 Sep7agon points - prestige is just like how it is in the MW2 or MW3. Its an entire rank reset. You will still have your posts but you will default back to a "Member" with a prestige badge next to your display name. This is good for those that wish to have a clean slate for whatever reason. The only wait to get it back is to keep posting until you reach your original rank.
Supporter: Cost 800 Sep7agon points - Removes website ads for a month.
Foxy Grandpa: Costs 50 Sep7agon points - Adds a Foxy Grandpa badge right next to your avatar for a year.
Lightsaber: Costs 30 Sep7agon points - Adds a lightsaber badge right next to your avatar for a year, this one can be customized in your settings to what color you want the blade and the glow to be with a color wheel.
Pure autism: Costs 15 Sep7agon points - Replaces all user avatars with random autistic avatars for a year.
All of these can also be toggled on and off in your settings, except for prestige, that one will affect your actual rank so you must be absolutely sure before you purchase that under paid subscriptions. You can earn 1 Sep7agon point by posting or liking threads, 5 by upvoting, but there will be a limit to prevent spam of points. Alternately you can add your credit card to buy a preset amount of Sep7agon points for an X amount of US Dollars or Euros, that all would be up to Cheat to decide.
Anyway, that's my retarded idea. I don't even know if this shit is feasible on SMF software but I just thought I'd share that with you since Paid Subscriptions is currently blank.
