Yikes indeed.
they were all on the first page of the first search i performed. took 5 minutes. i guess that must seem like a lot of time to devote to something if you have the attention span of a goldfish
Why do you care so much?
iunno seems like you're getting a lil more riled up than i am. i just brought some receipts for clarity's sake =]

He made it apparent that his only intent was to troll, which like I stated earlier, will get you banned.

The fact that he came here and bragged about his ban only proves that point
Face it, you banned me just for my beliefs.
you dont have any real convictions so this would be impossible in any case
I have actual convictions and opinions from my life experiences, unlike your childish naive ass who is completely brainwashed by some bullshit ideology.
1 untrue, you are a pathetically cynical person who betrays any principle you may think you value. your morals and ethics are informed by reactionary anti-intellectualism and you seem to me to be the height of hypocrisy.
2 not even close baby, my brain hasnt been washed since the dust bowl. but you dont really understand my ideology anyway.

You wouldn't understand my ideology anyway, what's the use of explaining it?
stop trying to gaslight. it's unbecoming.

Get off that Bolshevik-made PC and get yourself a real one
i always planned on making upgrades at some point and it's been two years since the original build but my rig isn't a potato or anything. overwatch just seems to have weirdly high resource consumption a lot of the time

It really is just so stupid on so many levels.

Obviously, you've bred up this community of a bunch of people who are as unracist, unsexist, and unbigoted in every way as can be, right? You're all so wonderful and accepting and diverse and you're so proud of it. You're so proud of the safe space you've provided for all these minority groups, and you would never think to denigrate anybody for any aspect of their identity.

All the more reason not to have the slur filter. Because you're not gonna be using those words anyway. And anyone who does is going to get banned instantly. So what the fuck does the filter actively accomplish?

Holy shit.
well anyone who doesnt read the rules or just peruses them may notice that a particular word is censored when they try to use it in a post, and the logical conclusion from there is that that particular word is censured in the community and one should just not bother using it anymore while posting there. ideally it nips the issue in the bud right there, but people love to get mad about it for whatever reason. the issue is people not getting it and making a big deal out of it, not censoring.

this is why we need international accountability and built-in accountability of a state government to its proles (i mean true democracy, not lip service democracy like america's or china's). addressing abuses of power is a bit of a different conversation anyway.
Best democracy is a parliamentary one imo for various reasons. Also I don't think China tries to pass off it's a Democracy at all, just capitalist (even if they don't outright say it.). China is as one party as you can be and they use Trump as an example as to why Democracy shouldn't be a thing there.
i prefer direct democracy, and the removal of private interests from the conversation completely. china does still try to justify itself as democratic, since socialism is in theory the ultimate form of democracy, and maintaining socialist rhetoric is just part of how they maintain power.
Only issue with direct democracy is how long it'd take for literally anything to get passed

in ancient times it'd make sense, but with 300 million people in the US alone, could you imagine how long it'd take to do anything?

Also I'd have to disagree with you on the China thing
there's nothing to disagree about on china. they maintain a baseline stance in support of a vaguely democratic concept as part of their government justification. it's not just part of the socialist rhetoric, but also goes back to sun yat-sen and the chinese republic; everyone in power in china since sun yat-sen's time has done this, connecting themselves to his democratic ideals to maintain a sense that they carry his legacy.
Hm, I see

I'll have to research into that, it sounds interesting.

i mean i fucking hate rich people, so i guess that makes me a classist too

but the fact that poor people are the ones having the most kids, despite being the ones who shouldn't be having any period, doesn't put them in my favor either

this is probably the most who-gives-a-shit form of bigotry there is
the idea that you can actually be classist against the rich is about as valid as the idea that racism against whites in america is a problem. classism is very much a valid concern; you would know this if you were actually dedicated to morality. and you really have no place to be telling poor people how many kids to have you ugly little chucklefuck.
nobody on this website has dedicated themselves to morality more than i have, especially not you

and i am in every place to tell everyone in the world how many kids they should be having

there is no hypocrisy whatsoever, and lmao you're a christian now hilarious

and even besides that, i would argue that all the america bootlicking people do on here is inherently classist because the US catalyzes global economic stratification in order to maintain power. supporting an institution that purposefully worsens world poverty is a classist action.

the only thing i can recall seeing here that was blatantly classist was i think iberian husky pulling the "people on food stamps shouldnt be buying decent food because then they're abusing it" shit but that's iberian husky so
it's more than just one incident by husky. and even besides that, i would argue that all the america bootlicking people do on here is inherently classist because the US catalyzes global economic stratification in order to maintain power. supporting an institution that purposefully worsens world poverty is a classist action.

Can someone from Sapphire explain to me what ideologies/beliefs they considered bannable, and why does everything on there seem to boil down to politics, at least from an outside perspective that's what it seems like.

I can understand the dislike of banter/rudeness, but what I don't understand is what seems like the very firm political thought that controls the group, and the apparent disdain for any opposing thought.
the only thing that gets people banned is bigotry.

if someone says something that is racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, classist, ableist, etc then they'll be warned or banned.
This doesn't actually mean anything when you can reach to the extent that you guys do for a post to fit one of your buzzwords. Azumarril accused us of being classist yesterday, and I genuinely have no clue what he was talking about. I'm not even sure he knows.
a lot of you hate poor people. that's classism.
