Most of them are smaller than .gifs. in size so I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to. Unless you also can't view .gifs. For example this .gif Is larger than the last webm slash posted even though his webm is like 5x the length and has similar image quality.

This is my main qualm. I straight-up don't watch linked YT videos on this site, because I usually don't have headphones on hand. I thought WebM's had audio, as well, but I guess not.
They can, but most websites opt to not allow audio on webms from what I've seen.

Back before LoL got hit with the super casual stick I use to run a mean Sona Soraka bot lane with one of my friends.
It was kind of a weird set up. We'd have ADC top, AP burst mid, tanky dps jungler, and two support bot. As Soraka i basically was just an infinite mana battery for sona who would build straight AP and harass them the entire time with her q. We never lost our lane doing that since people would underestimate just how much CC and heal tank we had when they dove us under a tower.
