There's no way to troubleshoot incompatibilities or create merged patches with the Workshop. If you're downloading anything other than a simple retexture mod or something that replaces sounds, you need to have a more powerful utility.

It's a good thing there's Steam workshop so we have mods to fix their stupidity and to add things that shouldn't have been removed or should have been in the game. I wonder how dumb down and how low the depth puddle for this game is going to be. I want to say they can't get any worse than their effort with Skyrim but I'm sure they can somehow top it.

It's not just the room, it's the entire program/app that's fucked for anyone who loaded that message. Midge made it the name of Arky's chat so everyone who used it had that loaded it up automatically and it crashed everyone's skype.
