Jojo is a manga, that while popular in Japan, barely had any traction in the west until the recent adaption in 2012.
It had plenty of traction before that m8. It wasn't mainstream, but if you were a regular visitor to any sort of community like /a/ (hell even tumblr from what I've heard) this stuff was everywhere. I remember getting Jojo spoilers back in 2008 and I know at least part of it was licensed in the west even earlier.

That's your own personal preference and if I know someone is currently watching or reading something that's been out for years I'll typically throw something in a spoiler. However after thirty years you're well beyond the point of having to put some sort of spoiler warning for every bit of story detail on something. Which is why I don't think people can get angry with those who say shit like "luke i am your father" in a casual conversation.

A bit of common sense doesn't go amiss, not when you're aware of people on the same forum who aren't up to date on the medium.

I typed up a big ass response and then my phone borked so I'll keep it short this time. The PC in the living room just isn't the same entertainment experience as a console. Friends can't come over and play split screen or bring a game and Pop it in and play. A PC and a console just don't give you the same living room experience. I'm no knocking PC gaming I'm just saying as of right now the two are more different than people let on
