i guess just about all of the remaining episodes from the english dub for the world tournament saga in kai got released, cause there's a bunch of episodes out that don't even have air dates for tv yet. unfortunately it doesn't include the last one so it kind of blue balls you.

Do the translations from japanese to english take less time for the manga? I didn't realise how far the english chapters were into the story. It's leagues better than the anime.
Also, did they fix the animation in the english dub or something? The reports of its laughable animation were greatly exaggerated.
they might be using the bd version for the english version, still doesn't look great though
also i believe the manga is being fan translated so they can usually throw the new chapter up within a couple days of it being released in japan.

The english manga is available on the Shonen Jump website, though...
blueray discs they're probably doing a simultaneous release then. the manga isn't locked into a TV deal in the west so it can just release whenever they want it to instead of having to fill a time slot once a week.

i can repost the image if you want, but basically toei has really fucked with it and made it stray far away from what toriyama envisioned. like the base story is still the same, but the power scaling is fucked and there are a bunch of plot holes and other inconsistencies due to toei just not giving a fuck. also there's been a bunch of character degradation, the most notable of which is goku who's gone from a pure hearted man to literal retard in the anime.

I've been meaning to update and add more of what I heard and stuff. But I'm just really exhausted I guess. I told Quin that I'd take up contacting people for him and I've managed to find most of them. I usually end up talking to some of them and it's just... taxing.
He's gone and it's just not fair. The more I hear about him and all the stuff he did for people, and it's just like, why the fuck did it have to be him? You guys are kind of lucky that you didn't know him in your personal life. There's just this hole where he used to be. I miss him. I promise that I'll update things.
