Ryuunosuke found what he was looking for all along and Gilles was reunited with his waifu.
Everyone else suffers and dies or gets dumped in the middle of nowhere with no clothes.

That is also a great one. Basically throws the whole game around with new factions, and Rome has fallen. It's hard to pin one mod down though in terms of if you're looking for expansions, looks, or some changes to gameplay that make it so different.
