Umm no, non-alcoholic cider is soft or sweet cider (depending on where you're from) and is literally just unfiltered apple juice. Actual Cider has always been alcoholic.

Everyone else suffers and dies or gets dumped in the middle of nowhere with no clothes.

That is also a great one. Basically throws the whole game around with new factions, and Rome has fallen. It's hard to pin one mod down though in terms of if you're looking for expansions, looks, or some changes to gameplay that make it so different.
