Nope It shares similarities, but that's due to it being a combined arms game. The Battlefront reboot plays a bit differently than the old Battlefront which was essentially Star Wars: Battlefield.

Wait so a couple q's
Skulls aren't automatically unlocked you have to find them in campaign? If so they I welcome that, I always enjoyed searching for them.
Is there a list of the 30 vehicles?
The only new vehicles are the recon hog and the phaeton. However there are 3 variants of each vehicle in addition to the default style. The different variants are just a reskin with an extra perk like more armor or more ammo. Covy vehicles have the default, super, and sword variants. UNSC have default, ONI, urban, and another that I can't remember the name of.

I hope there's some sort of forge companion app/program for the PC. I'd much rather do my map editing on my computer before importing it to Halo 5 to be tested.
