An eraser.

I think the bed thing is too annoying. There needs to be some periodic autosave or something for a safety net, because this game crashes too often to not have it.
I always hear this complaint, which is weird to me. I've only had one crash in the entire time I've played the game, and it was like an hour into my first character.

I don't know what I'm doing differently.

You're getting lucky.

While I don't get crashes due to my machine being able to brute force a lot of stuff I do have a few quests that bug out for my first few tries every time without fail.

Justice memes from above
I do really good with Pharah on almost every map besides the Greek and Route 66 maps. For some reason I can't seem to do anything with her on those.

That's because Pharrah is broken.

This is coming from someone that rapetrains whenever they pick her.

I'm terrible at this game

I'm never good with shooters on PC ;n;
It takes time getting used to. I've noticed you can never be good with both controller and M&K. You're either use to one or the other.

I'm good with both, get rekt.

I dunno, seems too many. But since it takes place in Arabia at some point, I imagine we'll get some factions there. But Ottomans really cover that.

Not really. If you were to throw in the Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria it would end up being two maps per axis power if every member of the allies in that picture had almost equal representation. Which would be 8 maps in total. Which is about the same amount of maps BF 3 and 4 had at launch.

You didn't mention this, but they said that all fractions may be represented. Which means we'll probably be playing as all of these guys in the game at some point.

After Bad Company 2

Yeah, im a liiiiittle cynical but theres hardly any real gameplay of it apart from a few seconds so maybe ill be pleasantly surprised.
I think people are just happy it's not another modern/future shooter. We've had SO much since 2007 and people are just sick of them. WW1 has never really been done. You can't really blame them for being excited.
yeah i get the excitement but a 'new' setting just doesnt do it for me if the core is the same.

Core to you seems to mean that it shares the same genre when it comes to shooters at least.
Do something with the movement. WW1 was muddy, make it organic so it feels muddy.

Do something with the art style, or rather add one because realism is dull <.<

Take some liberties with the setting, dont ground it so much.

The setting itself offers a bunch of mechanical changes that will shake up the way battlefield has been played since BC2 due to the lack of conveniences modern technology creates. A greater emphasis on skill and teamwork has already been demonstrated with multiseat aircraft for example and the talk of tanks that need to be crewed by a full squad to reach their optimal combat ability means that you'll no longer be able to one man army with a tank.

This isn't even getting into how the playstyle will be shaken up due to time period sensitive sandbox that places an increased importance on bolt shot and semi-automatic weaponry over fully automatic ones. Then you've got other things in the time period such as melee combat and horseback cavalry charges still being prevalent, both of which have been confirmed for the game.

The movement as it is is fine other than the sometimes buggy mess that vaulting induces.

Every shooter is a paint job with that logic
As far as CoD and BF go, yes.
Until this one yes.
I don't think Battlefield 3 was a reskin of Bad Company or 2. When they actually have more than a year to develop, they actually, ya know, do different things.

Eh... I don't know if I'd say that. I mean yeah, it's not a literal reskin, but it did start the trend that 3 and 4 went down gameplay wise.

I'm honestly not sure why insane amounts of customization that always boils down to everything other than 5 weapons and two or three attachments for each that are actually viable seems to be in heavy demand right now. Battlefield 2 remains the best game in the series to date and all it had was an alternate unlockable primary weapon for each class.

It'll be hard to do a paintjob of a modern shooter in a WW1 setting.

Aircraft for example will function completely differently due to their lack of lock on missiles and AA will have to be done via flak emplacements. Two seater planes have already been confirmed as back gunners are present meaning that you'll have to rely on your teammates to be your counter measure.
So....a paint job? A plane's a plane.

Not really.

You know what actually is a paint job though? Final Fantasy.

What's wrong with sports games?

The community, especially the streaming one is pretty terrible.

I can't tell if he's wielding a modified grenade or a modified rolling pin but either way it looks brutal.

That's the grenade the Halo 3 spike grenade was based off.

It's a trench club.

Chowder was good if you weren't 12.

Flapjack too.

The guy who did Flapjack also worked on Billy & Mandy, Camp Lazlo, and Powerpuff Girls.

That show was fucked up though.
