Christ at least the Jedi masters from the the TFU game were all hiding in secluded locations and were, you know, fracking Jedi masters.
He was disguised as non-Jedi for the most part until the end. No different from Obi-wan exposing himself in the cantina. I see no issue.
Obi-wan still hid out in the middle of the desert on a backwater world for like 40 years before involving himself in the rebellion.
You know, meaning he hid himself so he wouldn't be discovered during what would have been an incredibly dangerous time to be a jedi and only came out during a time where the Empire wasn't really hunting Jedi anymore.
Everyone has their way of coping. I would go ahead and assume Kanan was 10-15 with the order fell...so he never became a Jedi knight or gained full control of his emotions. Using his powers to fight the Empire would have probably been the most logical choice to him. Not saying it's the right one, but I could see why it happened.
And as a result he should have a very short lifespan.

That's a great way to make sure she wins the custody battle. Let that shit be brought up in court as evidence that she's unfit to care for children if it gets to that. Doing so before hand is only going to hurt him in the long run.

You know since it'll end up causing much more damage since instead of having one giant one you'll have dozens of small and medium sized ones hurdling at you.

Spoiler I'd like to say something here. I appreciate you people wishing well for my friend. But to the OP, I ask that you find some way to lock this thread down. And I ask anybody who favors the offsite to do the same to his goodbye thread. Both me, and Sandtrap value our peace and quiet. And what he did here, dumping deathwatch duty on me wasn't nice. I'm going to slap him upside the head the next time I see him.
By all rights, I could just turn a blind eye to all the stupid bullshit that's coming up in the wake of these threads. But I don't want to do that. I owe him a lot. And I don't want to stand around and feel like I can't do anything for him. I've known my friend, Quin, since 2004. And he's strange. Guess I am too. But he's not bad strange. He cares about a lot of things. And he tries to be as kind as he can manage. He's not out to hurt anybody, not after anything grand, and just likes things to stay simple. But he's been having a really shitty time. And I know that it's starting to show on him. I don't know why he bothered saying goodbye. Normally, he would never say anything like that to call attention to himself, and let's face it, people are -blam!-ing -blam!-s, like a few in this thread and others.
So I ask that you keep a lid on things please. He's not here to listen to what you have to say. I'll take messages for him through PMs and the friends that have is e-mail. But we don't need this drama and misconception bullshit all over the forums. I'll tell all of you if anything bad happens. And if anything good happens, he'll tell you himself.
