Tell me more about your life
Not really a blog post; more of a "I'm better than you" post.

Presidents really can't do that much to affect the social progress of the people.
Presidents can't single handedly fix the economy either.

I don't expect the president to enforce social change but I would prefer to vote for someone who represents the values I believe in. Isn't that the point of politicians?

I want to know why you prioritise the things you do
Economic policies can be completely undone in four years by the next president, but social change will last forever. It makes sense to value a leader that would try to progress with these issues rather than ignore them.

Or we could just work to downplay this sports team mentality with particular parties that is rampant in modern politics.

Yeah she's probably still gonna win.

When I was in first grade, on Halloween, me and my friend both had plastic swords and got into a sword fight. We both got our names put on the board without even a warning. To this day, I think that was a bullshit call.

This is just some next-level shit.

My second favorite Nolan film. Although the prestige for Nolan has dropped pretty significantly these past few years.
Are you kidding?

TDKR could have been better undoubtedly, but Interstellar is amazing
I liked it as well but it seems like everyone else thought it was mediocre at best.

i havent seen it yet, but judging by these posts. its gonna be interesting.
If you're engrossed enough in the universe and have a good understanding of how things work, it's really not that big of a deal.

The Flood / Re: Doomsday will be in Batman vs Superman
« on: May 17, 2015, 12:20:03 AM »
The scenes in the trailer don't seem to be quite so evocative of anything I remember reading in the script, like Superman in Mexico or saving that Russian spacecraft from falling. Then again I very vaguely remember anything from that script anyways sooo...
I remember the beginning of the script involved the Russian navy so maybe the satellite part was added in after. I don't know much about script changes or how accurately they are adapted to the screen. The part with those armored guys bowing before Superman threw me for a loop as well.

BTW, did you/could you try the cached page/wayback archive for the link you tracked down? Curious to see if I can find stuff from the trailer in the script now.

Most entertaining reviewer on the internet.

My only problem with him is that I think he sometimes panders to the kids that whine about the ratings he gives.

also, might you have a link to that script?
I wish I did, man. I had it in my b.net PMs but it looks like bungie deleted all my old messages. I have no idea where to find it now. WB has probably worked hard to get it off the internet.

edit: Yeah I managed to find the link that I read it on and it was taken down.
