I feel like it's basically been thrown in our faces all season that the little kid will be a part of it. Even my mom has picked up on it. A lot of us have also noticed the line from Sam when he said "Jon always comes back" as a sort of foreshadowing.

The thing that confuses me is that all season, Jon has made it very clear that they need to bring the Wildlings south of the wall to keep them from turning into wights. Yet the little kid has basically ignored this point because he doesn't think it's worth it. So when they come back with the majority of the Wildlings slaughtered and turned into wights before their very eyes, and they find out Jon's concerns were completely legitimate, just to have that kid will stab the shit out of him anyway? Because I truly doubt the bastard letter is going to happen. Ah well, probably just going to end up being another inconsistency to add to the list within show-canon.

It's worth bringing up that "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" used to be a thing until it was just recently ended by Obama.

To be fair, the show is cutting out most of the content from book 4 - on and will be ending way earlier. It kind of makes sense for them to show these huge battles because the show is nearing the end while the books are still in "the middle".

I have no problem choosing to vote Republican, but there is no one in this current batch of candidates who I remotely can find myself supporting.

I can relate to this. I figure some of them are taking these far-right stances on issues because they have to appeal to their voter base, but some of them are putting these stances at the forefront of their campaign. I think I've distinguished between them, and I've found a Republican I feel is pretty reasonable and could be a good fit for president.

Hard to pick. I'm pretty sure I agree with most of you on more issues than we would disagree on. But I have disagreed with each of you in at least one topic before, so no one really stands out.

Users that are furthest from me would probably be Kiyo or Midget just because they're kind of the furthest on each respective side of the political spectrum compared to other users here and I consider myself a Centrist.
