Could anyone explain how powering up and evolving works and what I should be doing?
every time you catch a Pokemon (let's say pidgey) you get dust and a few pidgey candy. You also get pidgey candy when you send one to the Proffesor. With (iirc) 25 pidgey candy you can evolve a pidgey into a pigeoto and give them a huge power boost. With a single candy and some dust you can just raise the power level without evolving
Is there any strategy to evolving or powering up Pokemon? So far I've been catching multiple of my Pokemon and sending the weaker one to the professor right away.

I've seen the argument that our school's test are biased to whites; asking questions white children would have an easier time answering. And that's why blacks perform worse.

With GRRM's stance on almost every topic covered being extremely negative (and these feelings are very apparent in ASOIAF), I'd be inclined to say no one will "win" the game of thrones. His whole thing is that war, feudalism and stuff are shit and nobody gets anything good out of them so it would be weird for the end result to be that someone is placed on the iron throne and wins via all that.
This is actually my reasoning for why Littlefinger will win. By the end of the series, feudalism will be ended and Littlefinger will be the leader of the new Westeros. I believe GRRM has confirmed that Littlefinger is based on Oliver Cromwell which is part of my reasoning.
I'm pretty sure Cromwell didn't last too long.
But otherwise, not sure about CIA overall. I've generally seen him as a means to an end for Sansa, and she does have power over him right now considering she saved him from execution by lying about Lysa's death.
I lean towards him getting killed at some point.
Yes I also think Sansa will kill him at the end of the series, which has been foreshadowed in the books.

If the character ends up being a Mary Sue, as a couple people have observed, then that's more of a discussion. So you should've titled the thread, "They're replacing Iron Man with a Mary Sue," but you didn't.
