I believe he was pointing out that Piers Morgan was using the deaths of children to push his political agenda. And then later on he discovered that Piers planned on bringing out a kid in a wheelchair to support his argument but decided against it.

Eh, probably just whatever you can do with what equipment you have available and change things up from workout to workout. I would consult Youtubers or something that share your goals.
