Not to derail the topic but they are ruining Europe. Regardless of whether it's a minority or not, mass immigration is bringing in a shit ton of problems and ultimately the people know this. A countries duty is to its citizens first and refugees second, yet the governments of such countries are doing the exact opposite. You can't just welcome 10,000 people from a completely different culture and think everything is going to be okay. European Leaders are just sticking their fingers in their ears, closing their eyes and pretending there isn't a problem when their tax payers are screaming at them to have them removed. I personally hate Trump, but seeing hypocritical rhetoric thrown against him ad nauseam gets old quick, part of me wants him to win just to spite them, but in all honesty every candidate is evil to me since they all turn a blind eye to the NSA surveillance. think that Muslims are ruining Europe, and whose greatest fear in this world is biracial couples.

Jo: Literally episodes 1-6 reanimated from the ground up. The final battle with Ramiel is sick. Easily my favorite of the three currently out, which is why I own a copy of both 1.01 on DVD and 1.11 on BD. Ha: Second favorite, encompasses Episodes 8-20. Very action packed, some of the characters are switched around and Mari is added. Final half hour is very Shounen-like (but there was a reason for it). Shinji goes GAR at the end to save Rei from Zeruel. Q: All new material. Literally 40 minutes of "WTF is going on?" followed by half hour of gay piano playing, followed by another 20 minutes of bullshit without explanation. Everybody thinks it's a masterpiece because it's grim dark like episodes 21-24, but everyone who's seen NGE should have saw it coming a mile away. People hate it (justifiably) because characters drop the idiot ball in order to advance the story and a lot of the story is a downright lie. The footage we see at the end of Ha in the Next Time Preview for Q does not appear at all in the film. OST is bitchin awesome though and my BD copy of 3.33 came with the OST. I could make an entire thread on why Q is crazy balls to the walls WTF. I haven't seen the rebuild movies. I've heard they're not as good as og eva.

After Daz attempted to force me off B.net I was pretty lost for an internet home. 4chan is well....4chan, r/ffxiv is a hivemind circlejerk that downvotes everything I post because they disagree with me, Evageeks is a Q circle jerk. It's nice to say I have a internet home again. The community is much smaller than b.net but I prefer smaller, close knit groups.
I may butt heads with the lot of you, and we may shit post about each other night after night. But you guys are my friends and that's just how friends behave from what I've learned.
I expect this to be replied with "lol what a queer."

I don't want to cook at 2am, I want to eat and then go to bed. Start up some healthy fast food place that's open over night and I might be more inclined to care. How about cooking food, because why the fuck not? At the very basic level, throw in some potato wedges and some vegetarian burgers into the oven. While they're heating up, cut up some cucumber and lettuce, and voilá, you have yourself a meal 30% better than most fast food places. Not only does it not take a toll on your morality like fast food does, but it's also more economical. Some would even argue that it's healthier.

Honestly, I can't bring myself to go to McDonalds anymore. I have nothing against the food but there is always some other fast food chain open near by that's just better. If it's 2am and I'm hungry after work I'm going to Wendy's, if it's 7pm I'm grabbing Chipotle. If it's 10pm, I got KFC/Taco Bell. Granted KFC/taco Bell and Wendy's aren't any more healthy, It's just that their food is so much better.

Just a reminder that anime is simply a medium, not a genre. I agree that the culture barrier throws potential viewers off, most of the really well done anime made in the past never used cultural references specific to Japan (Cowboy Bebop, GiTS, Gundam). Gundam in particular is notably popular not because it's just a giant fighting robot show, but because the political/social issues that are brought up in the show is timeless and not specific to Japan.
There really needs to be more anime of that type, instead of getting another Darker Than Black, Spice And Wolf, Eden of The East, we get fucking Generic moe blob SoL cancer that has been plaguing the industry ad nauseam for well over 15 years now. It's a shame when I'm not even bothering looking at the season line up because every show is filled with cliche garbage, right now the only title I'm hyping for is Shin Eva which doesn't even have a release year yet.
