FUCKING NOPE. 343 Industries has left me utterly dumbfounded in their inability to recognize what many wanted. Why do they insist on departing from what made Halo good, and differentiated Halo from other shooters? What happened to dual-wielding, something that worked quite well and other shooters have dropped for some reason? If they had brought that back I might have had some faith in them.
I get it, they want you to feel like a super-soldier. The issue is, Halo was fantastic before, and these changes negatively impact the core gameplay of Halo.
What happened to Halo?
It died man. Shitty developers murdered it.
Looks that way. I know that hating on Bungie is the "in" thing at the moment, but fuck, man, I want them back so much. They knew what they were doing. What I liked about Halo is being stripped away piece by piece. The sense of mystery, the music, the great gameplay, and so on. What I'm really sick of is these 343 apologists that have hopped onto the Bungie hate wagon and act like 343 is the greatest dev ever, and relentlessly praise them for Halo 2 anniversary. I do not hesitate to inform them that 343 did jack shit. That game is too good to have been made by them. The Halo that we all loved, the Halo that became a worldwide phenomenon, that became a household name? 343 didn't make that. Bungie did.

I'm gonna be totally honest with 'ya Sandtrap, your hobby is creepy as hell and I see no merit in it whatsoever.
Then I'll be honest with ya. I don't understand myself either. I enjoy mein stories, but I don't quite understand the why. I don't think I ever will. But look on the bright side.
I'm not a serial killer or a murderer. And believe me, if I lacked any sort of consciousness, I'm pretty sure I'd be damn good at it. But the fact is, I hurt no one, and in fact, as I've been told, make a decent number of folks happy to read what I make. Which, I guess, means there's other "creepy" people out there like me too!
But no matter. I'd bet money there's something of yours you enjoy that I do not understand either. And in that regard, I throw no shit at you. You're as twisted as I am. Just in a different manner is all.

A fact I'd like to point out about the new model, if you were infected like that, an Infection Form would go for your throat and mouth, tearing it apart until it reaches your spinal cord. At that point, you are still alive, and then your body begins to warp out of shape making you contort in extreme pain as it becomes harder to see and breathe, eventually until you are trapped in your own body.
But even then you are not safe, the Infection Form also shares your body too, and it begins to tear apart your memories, scouring and scrambling your mind until it has been ripped to shreds. OK, I know you despise TCW with a burning passion unmatched by the sun itself, but TCW states that yes, he does. Even without that show, it could be reasonably deduced that he does. Canon can be rewritten if it proves necessary. We knew very little about his mentality in Episode II, we know even less of it afterwards. I think it could be a plausible and interesting arc to show him go from hatred and disdain of them, thinking he's avenging his father, but then Boba coming to realize that it's accomplished nothing and the people he's taken it out on aren't responsible for his problems, and they're victims of the war too.
Eh, I'm done. This is going no where, and I don't want to lose a friend on this site. We need all the men we can get in the fight against weabooism. In closing, I feel that the Man-With-No-Name like quality that Fett had has been lost as a result of the prequels. You obviously feel differently, and neither you nor I will change in our view. Regardless, let us celebrate the fact that whatever happens, we're still getting a Fett film.
