That's a thing to be said about Ninty's E3 style. They cut the bullshit.
I'm not tuning in to watch some random street cosplayers talk about shit.
I'm still shocked they gave them a C for that presentation, where they that butthurt that NTDO decided to make a digital conference?
Who's rating them? I'm watching a streamer watch the conference.
I'm talking about NTDO's last year E3

Neat.

Perhaps the booing was people who wanted Mother 3 instead?...
That or they were expecting a modern game.

Oh so the one we've had on the Wii U eshop is the second game?
Ye. Earthbound (US) = Mother 2
Mother 1 and Mother 3 never came to the west.

I feel like Japan is purposefully confusing with titles.

Never came out in the west. For some people this is huge. Earthbound fans are insane. Listen to the crowd go nuts in the first vid. Also that 'boing' at the end of the vid is adorable.

IT IS PRETTY WEIRD HOW JUST AFTER I JOINED, HE STOPPED POSTING
Kojima leaving Konami sent him into a spiraling depression.

Chilly in here.

The other day some twitter troll got #wrongskin trending globally, and a bunch of 'news' sites to write about him because he 'felt like he was really black instead of white'.

nope

unless you also sit around saying stuff like "water is wet" and "the sky is blue"
That view on bioware is an opinion and not a fact tho.
There are some people here, and elsewhere on the internet, that enjoy the representation bioware games bring.

I was sharing that opinon with someone else. This is called a discussion. Its when two people talk about stuff to each other.

I see we're looking to derail more threads today with stupid arguments.  ;)

the way you worded it suggests that no one thinks like you do/that your opinion is special
I think you mean the way you read it.

Just wish they'd stop writing token characters and give people some personality. If you're only defining trait is the color of your skin, who you fuck, or your genitalia then you're a boring fucking person.
what a unique opinion
Don't remember suggesting it was unique just stating a common bioware problem.
You in another spergy mood today verby-kins?

EA - Mass Effect 4 (sjw expectations)

Knowing bioware:
No heterosexual romance options

all romance options have their sexual orientation as their only character trait

picking male automaticaly results in the bad ending unless you undergo the sex change they shoehorned into the main plot

reduced rep and exp gains, the ligter your character's skin is
Just wish they'd stop writing token characters and give people some personality. If you're only defining trait is the color of your skin, who you fuck, or your genitalia then you're a boring fucking person.

That said I better get a decent alien lesbian lover or I'll be annoyed. Krogan slut or gtfo.

Should be good. Tons of jrpgs this year. Get the feeling the people who only play mainstream AAA's will be disappointed again, but they are every year that isn't insane with releases.

Keeping my eye out for:
These are sorted by what I expect to show up where. Not first party.

MS - Haven't cared about a MS exclusive since '09. Unless they announce a legit Fable IV that trend will probably continue. I'll still watch just to see what direction Spencer is taking things.

Ninty - FExSMT, Fire Emblem If, Bravely Second, Xenoblade X, Zelda U, (pray to Reggie for Paper Mario or Golden Sun)

Sony - Persona 5, Dragon Quest Heroes, FFXV, Guerrilla Games' rpg, Uncharted 4, NMS (low expectations), Hyper Light Drifter

Ubi - Division (low expectations)

Activision - Can't think of anything. Blops 3 and Derpstiny aren't that inspiring. Sure it'll be funny in a sad way tho.

EA - Mass Effect 4 (sjw expectations)

Bethesda - Fallout 4, anything Elderscrolls (that doesn't include the word online), mourn Prey 2
If I remember correctly FFXV is confirmed to not be at E3, and instead showing up at gamescon.
supposedly Square is having their own conference so that'd be kinda weird for it not to show up..

I'm so negative on VR that I have to make an effort to take it seriously. I'd be interested to see if Chronos ends up being any good, but probably wouldn't buy a Rift for it.

So turns out the sequel to Afro Samurai is a vidya gaem. No gameplay shown, and not sure I like the art/animation style, but that'd be a really cool universe to explore with the proper funding.

Publisher Versus Evil has published the debut trailer for Afro Samurai 2: Revenge of Kuma.

Featured above, you can view the new trailer for the upcoming PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC game, which is currently in development at Redacted Studios.

While there’s no actual gameplay, I saw an early build of the game at this year’s Game Developers Conference, which you can read about here.

Afro Samurai 2: Revenge of Kuma is set for a release some time this summer. The game will be on display at this year’s E3 expo, so we’re hoping to get a look at its new build.
